Here I am again

Hi, my name is Vanessa and this is my second time trying atkins. I have been on it for close to a month now. I stopped the first time because I hit a plateau and got discouraged. I have hit one again...but I am going to push through it. I am trying to remember it took time to put the weight on and will take time to get it off. I still have 15 lbs to go. I start a new workout regimen tomarrow called p90x. Its an hour of training a day on most days. So I hope the weight comes off a little easier.
