    Had a good breakfast. Omelette with cheese and two pieces of bacon. For lunch it's gonna be a salad with ranch, some bacon, and a little cheese. I'm thinking grilled chicken for dinner.

    Still hovering around 127-128. Trying my darndest to get down to 125! I haven't been in the 120's since elementary school or middle school.. I was such a fat kid. =(

      Morning STAC'rs!

      Hope everyone is having a good morning. Our 3 year old tried climbing across me at around 6am and came sliding off onto the floor, poor thing. I woke up as I felt him sliding, and just couldn't catch him in time! He seems ok, but what a way to start the day. PHEW!

        Morning all!

        Last night was awful - my 2 year old started throwing up and slept like crap the rest of the night, which means mom & dad didn't sleep well either.... I still got up and went to the gym at 5am though - I knew I wasn't going to be able to go later on during the day - 5am was really nice - I had a great workout.
        Got home, got ready to take my 4 year old to a speech eval. He's fine, I'm paranoid - so what's new...
        Back home, 2 year old sleeping, 4 year old playing leapster, all is good in our world right now...
        I am going to eat cleaner for the rest of the week. No more nuts, just plain food - we'll see if that makes the scale move in the right direction

          Morning guys! I was AWOL this weekend with some kind of cold/flu thing that has been going around my office. Luckily the vitamins seem to have helped me, I didn't feel like the death walking that my co-workers did! Ate all legal foods, and even tried going for a run yesterday (not my brightest moment, felt a bit like my lungs were going to explode). Feeling better today, looking forward to the week, even with TOM visiting

          Grats to everyone on their losses and sticking with this great woe!

            Hi everyone.

            So great to come here and everyone is so positive. I tried to make low carb pizza over the weekend, but it turned out really bad. The tomatos made the crust all soggy. Cured my craving for pizza though.

            I have a mental picture of who I want to be a year from now. I'm having a lot of thinking about it like this, year is something I can do. Its not about weeks or a couple months, its about a year from now. My next year's new year resolution will have nothing to do with my weight.

              Hey Everyone,

              Sounds like everyone had a busy weekend. Today we are snowed in with a huge blizzard...all the flights in and out have been cancelled. Sometimes I wonder why I live here. My weight has been the same for a few days...hoping for a drop soon!

                howdy all!

                Congrats to everyone for losing weight and getting those clothes to fit!!

                Its been a fairly productive morning for me. Got up at 730 and worked out, made myself some very tasty breakfast, took care of the pets, then went grocery shopping. Store was having a sale on chicken so I loaded up

                Today marks 2 weeks I've been on induction, I'm at 210 which is ok. Haven't measured myself yet gonna do that here in a couple mins. I measured myself last monday I lost 4.5 inches! so we shall see how I do today *crossing fingers*

                  I'm finally going down again, lost 1 lb, but reached my first mini goal today at 240, so I'm happy. Had a bit of a slow period the last couple of weeks, so hopefully it's going down, down, down. It's been bitter cold here, winter has come in full force. With the wind chill factor it was about -40 degrees. Only good thing, is in less than a month, we'll be cruising the Caribbean, and I'll be fitting into my last years bathing suit. I tried it on today, and it's a bit snug, but I'm sure in 3-4 weeks it will fit just fine!
