  • Well I cheated

    For the 1st time in forever I ate some cookie dough while making cookies for this weekend. BLEH!!!! It's amazing really to see how much my body reacted and it is taking a lot to hold me back from a true binge.

    I probably ate 4 "scoops" of the dough..... tasted good while I ate it - but I 'needed' more and luckily I didn't have any more available!

    But went right back to a legal dinner and now feel bloated from the cookies but will just worry about it later. Especially since I do have to make 1 more batch for this weekend (I just ran out of everything today). And I know I'll be better next time.

    Just had to admit it.... even though my husband already smacked me when I told him....

    I can truly understand those moments of weakness!!! but congrats on getting back to your atkins wol. I am on my fourth week and being the only one in my house on this way of life I must say temptation is getting harder to fight off... especially since I have been stalled out at 207 for about 2 weeks. I have cut out the pork rinds in hopes thats the culprit...

        Don't ever do that again! lol. No, seriously, you know better, and we know you know better, and you won't make that mistake again when you finish making the cookies.

        As for you, Disneylover, hang in there. I just broke out of a two MONTH stall, and it took every ounce of patience, many tears, and the support of the people at STAC to get me through it. It can be done. Cheating will not make you start losing again, and it already feels bad enough not seeing the scale move.

          I can so realated to this, I was making brownies twice this past month. Both times, I just HAD to have one...(or 6)

          Now, I did not give in but it was such a close call. I did give in to stuffed crust pizza back in 2005.... ahhh that set me back, and way off the diet. till I gained all my weight back minus 2 lbs...

          okay hope you do not let the cookies win! I promise nothing is better than defeating the binge and coming back! kwim? ok take care-ketone
