    Morning all! Sounds like everyone's doing really well with the exercise, keep it up! I'm going to push up my running another notch today, both in the running intervals and distance I think. I still have a ways to go before I reach my goal of running 2mi straight before Valentine's Day!

      sigh...
      Well...I'm off and running today, I have a Physical Therapy apt today... which last week the exercise he gave me made me worse... but now.. the pain seems to be getting better... I guess that's how that works... then we have a party for one of the doctor's who is leaving... (sad face) she's one of my fav's... party is at Dave and Busters... planning on eating a salad... I guess... and then work again... I just realized that out of the last 8 days I've worked 6. I'm a part timer, so no wonder I'm wiped... my schedule is all out of whack! but at least then I'm off for a good long break! Anyways, I feel like all I do is complain here anymore... sorry.... but things are getting better, Saturday I'm getting my hair done. well, gotta run.

          Still sick today but I noticed that my watch keeps sliding around from the top of my wrist where it used to be quite firmly stuck to the bottom side of my wrist and down my arm a bit. That's a good feeling but I would prefer to lose the weight in my stomach and thighs rather than my wrists!

            Hey I am here! Its been a crazy week or so but I finally got my butt in here. Hope everyone is doing great. I have had some slip ups and had to get myself straightned around.

              lol I keep losing inches in my fingers! None of my rings want to stay on anymore!

              Today started off really good I got a call from the job i want and they want to schedule an interview!! I wasn't expecting a call until tomorrow! I tried calling back but only got voicemail. Hopefully I hear back from them today *crossing fingers*

              Now I'm gonna go finish laundry then get some food in me!

                I'm finally here....no one had started the thread this a.m. and I wasn't sure if just anyone could do that, so I just posted in my journal and hit the road for work! Got my a.m. 20 mins/4 mi on the recumbent in, just got home from work and am waiting for supper to be done. Today was a LONGGGG day at work...LOL, I haven't been going to the bathroom much since induction and well, lets just say the dam broke and I had to keep running & running & running...... I decided to try to cut down on my cheese from 3 oz to 1 oz and it appears that after a couple days of that it helped...lol, either that nature just finally kicked in! All I know is that I burned a couple extra calories RUNNING to the bathroom hoping to make it in time! LOL!!

                Anyway, food and water was on the mark today so far except I did imbibe in a Dt Dew---don't know if it was a "comfort food" item for me given the circumstances or I was just so drained I wanted the caffeine, but I couldnt resist it. I probably drank 10 oz out of a 20 oz and the kids got a hold of it on the way home and finished it. I'm just hoping now that this is a natural thing and not a viral one, because they both guzzled the other half bottle before I realized what had happened!

                Anyway, we're awaiting a snow/ice storm here-who knows if we'll actually get anything, but the people around here panic! They closed the schools early because we were going to get some????? LOL, it still hasn't done anything and its almost 6pm here, still don't understand why they sent the kids home at 1:30. Didn't really make any difference to me though since we were already scheduled for afterschool daycare. Kinda crazy!

                Going to get at least another 20 in on the recumbent, and thinking about trying for 30 in the morning! I'm really enjoying it and its not bothering my tailbone like the regular bike type seat did, so I'm pleased!
