Hi, yeah the headline is kind of scary, I know.
The story in short is, My fiance and I were together 6 years and some, and split up on saturday after our anniversary dinner. Niiice,
So my life is upside down, my stomach wont do anything! Its not growling or hurting, notta. The very smell of food makes me literally gag and almost throw up, which there would be nothing but you know what im saying.
I know that it's not healthy and I know that I need to eat something but every time I try to force myself, I cant get it, I cant even start to chew it. Its frustrating.
I know my nerves are shot and my life, isnt the life i'm used to. Along with not knowing what else to do, where to begin my life again - now I cant eat. And i'm not trying to starve myself!!! I just dont know what I should try to eat that wouldn't be so tough to get down in the beginning.
Should I start out with something like oatmeal? and then go back into my atkins WOE or should I start out with something atkins-friendly? Of course it would be best to stick to atkins, but I just need something to get the ball rolling again.
Its thursday afternoon around 1:15pm now and the last time I had anything other than water was saturday at about 6:30
