    Hello all. I tried for my 2nd time around awhile ago but only lasted a few days into Induction. The problem? Well, I bought a Pizza shop and in the beginning I had to taste the pizza to get an idea of what sauce/cheese I wanted to use on my pizzas. Ever since, I've been eating pretty bad every day but I can honestly say at this time that I am sick and tired of pizza! I tried a couple of times to restart my diet but the constant smell of food is an obstacle. I'm going to try to start again tomorrow.
    The reason why I gained so much weight in the 1st place was because I was working in an office. I left the office to own and run a pizza shop. Non-stop temptation. Wish me luck...

    HI Jim! Pizza had been one of the reasons I fell off the wagon way back in 05' that stuff is so good to be bad. welcome! best of luck to you.

          Welcome!

          Pizza is one of my vices too but what I have found as I go through this WOE is that my tastebuds have changed and I don't even WANT the foods I used to crave. Still love the smells though but the thought of putting it in my mouth just disgusts me. Stick with it and it might happen to you too!

            Okay since you own that pizza shop - you can make your own healthy ADBB approved pizza's (on portabella mushrooms) - take approved food to work to snack on when you feel the urge to eat.. Seem's that you know what your triggers are so now you just have to work around them.

              Thanks everyone for the good wishes. There are a lot of things that are legal at my shop which I can have...wings, salad with chicken breast, lunch meats, etc. Also, I find that when I drink tons of water, It basically makes me nauseous (haha) and I dont want to eat. I'm going to start this again tomorrow.

                watch out for your lunch meats, almost all of them have sugar added to cure them.

                    lol yeah i could just put some cheese and pepperoni or whatever on a plate and put it into the oven...so far, so good on the diet...had pretty bad headaches today but i dont think that was due to induction but because i only got 3 hours sleep last night and the shop was crazy busy tonight...
