Welcome back. I did this woe about 4yrs ago too! I came back last year after I gained everything back plus more. I have an appointment the end of this month to check my thyroid, so I might come to you with questions. Even if you loss is slow, that's okay because it really adds up over time.

Glad to hear you had success the first time around - you will do it again. If you are having trouble drinking the water there are a couple of water challenges out there that you should join (I did). Once you start drinking - you just won't be able to stop... Plus you get the encouragement from others. So grab a glass and join up
