    Good to see that I am not the only night owl around here! I have a very stressful day ahead. I am taking the second part of my state exam for my teacher certification today at noon. I am very nervous about it... thus one of the reasons I am up so late. I'm so antsy that I cannot sleep. Everyone please cross your fingers and say a lil prayer for me.

    Hope everyone has a great day... I'll check in later and let ya know how I did. It's all computerized so ya know right away if ya bombed or not. Beats waiting weeks for bad news, I guess.

      Good luck Tina.
      I woke up early to work out before work. Scale says I gained 1.5 pounds(which is all I lost in 10 days!) Have not cheated and have worked out every day. Ugh.
      Hope everyone else does better!

            I'm here and accounted for. Getting ready to take kids to school, puppy to vet and back home for a nap! I worked days Sat/Sun and then got called in to work again nights last night-we had a call in and are very short staffed for the night shift duties so I really didn't have much of a choice since the only other 2 people qualified were unreachable--probably at superbowl parties! Anyway, I missed my exercise yesterday due to this scheduling issue so I'm hoping for a 4 hr nap, exercise, make some soup for supper since its a rainy, damp day and head back to bed by 9 for an early night. I managed to stay legal all weekend, carried in a spinach/bacon quiche and veggies so I had that to snack on for both shifts I had to work Sunday and since I haven't slept in 26 hrs, I had lots of time to drink extra water!!!

              I'm here - my weight is up - probably from my "legal" cookie binge - it made me SOOOO bloated last night it wasn't funny. So I'm cleaning it all out of my system with some extra water today. At least those dreaded cookies are gone and I won't binge on them again since I won't make them!!

                Morning, everyone.

                Great day yesterday - fantastic workout at the gym, lazy couple of hours reading, several hours of classwork done, and cooked up a storm for meals for me, dh and dd for the rest of the week. So even though it's Monday today, I'm feeling good. Besides, we're taking tomorrow off, so I have that to look forward to.

                I don't know if I mentioned this in yesterday's post, but after 1 month of working out with the trainer, I measured, and lost 15 inches. FIFTEEN. In one MONTH. No WONDER my size 14 jeans and 16 shirts fit!

                And now I can finally see the difference, too. In the last week it's become very obvious. So nice!!!! It motivates me for the next several months.

                TOM is here and very, very, um, shall we say, "active". Once everything calms down, I am sure that the water weight I gained in the last week or so will come off. I'm hoping to get to 195 in the next few weeks - it's been a mini goal for WAY too long (blast that 2 month stall!).

                Today, when you're going about your business, stop and reflect on how much you have accomplished. Then close your eyes and envision where you will be in 4 months. Then smile.

                    Chica- those "legal" binges are so hard! I ate a whole box of atkins bars last week so I know what you're going through!
                    Evermind- Way to go on your 15 inches! That's wonderful! And I love your last sentence! It makes me smile and feel very happy!

                    I'm doing well today, I had my mini quiche from yesterday for breakfast and it was so tasty! Thank you ADBB for the idea to make little quiches for breakfast! Today is my super busy day (work then class tonight) but I'm off work tomorrow! I'm thinking gym, long shower, healthy snacks and maybe even a movie! Hope everyone is having a great day!

                      Good morning, everyone! Sounds like everyone has mixed results this morning. My official weigh in is Thursday, but I weighed this morning for the new you challenge and I'm down 1.5 lbs. I'll take whatever I can get!

                      It's raining here again. It's supposed to rain off and on all week. I brought an old VHS exercise tape to school today. I'm thinking if I can get in some aerobics here at school, I'll be less likely to skip exercise when I get home. I have a TV and VCR in my classroom all the time. I've been walking, but don't have a lot of time to get it in. This may help up my exercise.

                        1 month into atkins and a 6 lb loss total. Not great, but not bad either. I do feel good.

                        I need to join a challenge to rev it up a bit!
                        Re re starting this time for good with the support of my husband. He is doing this with me.

                          Morning all!

                          Up 1 lb - to be expected, I did have two Michelobe Ultra's yesterday - It was so worth it
                          I tried a recipe for heroin wings - they were pretty good! My 4 year old fell in love.
                          Going to the gym to run a bit and follow it up with Yoga Class. Tonight, I might go back for Hot Yoga. Because I am a newbie, they gave me a week free It's the most fantastic feeling, like you're sweating all your ickies away...Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.

                            Morning STACers!

                            I had a bit of a rough weekend...after managing to stay legal through an executive lunch at work on Friday (worth it to watch people struggle to stay awake after eating all those cookies, hehe) I bombed yesterday Makes me remember why I don't drink very often...even though I have "legal" drinks, after a few I will eat anything you put in front of me!

                            Back on plan as of this morning, and back to my siggie weight as well. Dumb choices will NOT win, I WILL have control over my body again!

                              Good morning!
                              Well, the scale says I'm 170.8.... ack!!!! I think it's because of the hotdog I ate yesterday and some beans and whole rice... not really at those rungs yet... and the fact that most days I eat like a bird... I need to start eating better and more frequently.
                              Will have macafoni and cheese for breakfast with egg and then carry a snack with me for the day as I'll be gone most of the day.

                              Evermind you rock with those 15 inches!!!! whoo hoo!!!! yeah for you!!!! Congratulations!!!

                              Looking forward to my Israili dance class tonight!!! It's so fun!!!!
