    Is it actua Bikram yoga Colleen? I've only done bikram a few times in my life and it completely kicked my butt each time. It was more like an exercise class and less like yoga!

      It's Mardi Gras time in the South! Yee haw! Lots of seafood I'm holding strong. Weekends are had for getting water and veggies in. But I'm working extra hard today! Family reunion was great and I was not tempted. I wore a new shirt and got lots of compliments

        Having an okay morning. No weight loss, but yesterday I went to Old Navy and discovered that I can fit into size 8 jeans. o_o I've NEVER done that before. EVER. These are sizes I've never even dreamed of.

        Unfortunately, I discovered that Old Navy tends to size their clothes big. VERY BIG. None of their shirts fit me as they are way too long. Very sad.

          Good morning everyone!! I'm having an awesome morning so far! I have the whole house to myself currently and I just love it. Already did my workout and weighted and measured myself. My inches are just melting off!

          Now I'm gonna make me some breakfast and prolly play some video games

            Hi everyone - today is a good day. I stayed on plan this weekend and didn't even think about cheating! I won my tennis match yesterday and had a great time at a super bowl party. No alcohol and no cheating! Today, a friend of mine and I went for a brisk 30 minute walk during lunch. It felt good. I'm a little sore from doing Slim in 6 this weekend and the walk today helped.

            Keep on keeping on second timers! Have an awesome Monday!

              Hey STACers!

              It seems to be gradually warming up around these parts, it was up to 0 degrees today! Tomorrow is supposed to be 8 degrees.

              Not much new to report. I'm here, eating good foods, drinking water, and excited to lift weights and go running tonight.

                Good afternoon STAC'ers ...........I haven't been very good atpoasting daily it just seems so hard to make as much time for the computer here then it was at my house. I'm constantly doing something other then downtime ......... Today I am trying to catch up a little.

Drinking tons of water and staying legal today I have lots of sugar to purge from my system after living in ice cream the past two days as I had strep and it was about the only thing I could get down with out pain ........ excuses excuses ......

                  Question - is it legal to drink Crystal Light? I have bottles of it here at work and thought I would check. It is sweetened with Splenda and has 0 carbs and 0 sugar. In the past I've cut the sweet taste with water.

                  Just thought I would check. I'm lovin the water and green tea but would like to add a little something extra every now and then.

                    Oh yeah - It's Bikram. I like the strength aspect and the sweat The next day, I was sore, but it was a really good sore - I'm just a glutton for punishment

                            Hi All, Just winding down here for the day. Weighed this morning for my New Year, New You challenge, & lost 2 lbs for the week. Was a bit disappointed that it wasn't more, but at least I'm losing inches as well. Tonight was a yummy dinner, Taco Salad, one of my favourite low carb meals that I make at least once a week now. Now it's time to read the newspaper, & fall asleep on the couch!

                              Had a crappy day. Test sucked.. day sucked.... least I didn't drown my sorrows in a box of twinkies........ I'm sure the bottles of wine I drowned them wasn't much better though. Oh well....... tomorrow is a new day. Life just sucks sometimes.
