    Hey again everyone! The last couple of weeks have been absolutly horrible for me. Im going through a lot of $#!% with my ex-husband and my children and I let the stress get the best of me. Honestly its a totally nightmare. Im not exactly ashamed...one can only handle so much right? But Im not proud either. The way I see it, yeah I failed but I didnt fail totally. Im gonna pick myself up and dust off my fat booty and get back on the wagon. I lost 18lbs, Ive gained a few back, but not much. Im restarting tomorrow when I hit the grocery store, today Im going to drink all the water I can and try to detox a little. Wish me luck everyone! Ive got a pretty stressful month ahead of me but I want this! I will do it!

    Congrats to all of you that have worked so hard, everyone looks amazing and yall are my inspiration!!!

    Step one: Come back to the board and post about your situation. CHECK

    Step two: Make no excuses. CHECK

    Step three: Make a commitment. CHECK

    Step four: Ask for help. CHECK

    Step five: Shop for legal food. (tomorrow!)

    Congratulations! You've done the first four steps!

    You're going to be fine. Remind yourself that you need to have 2 weeks of induction. Make a 2-week commitment. You can resist ANYTHING for 2 weeks, especially when, in the process, you gain energy and a sense of well-being!

    Make a plan to exercise once a day for 20 min, minimum. Belong to a gym? Go. Have a dog? Walk.

    We are here for ya.
