    I found mine at Wild Oats - they're also at Whole Foods near the Tofu selection.

    Try them out! Don't be scared by the nasty fish smell that you'll get when you open the package. Just rinse them off and eat 'em up!

      Hey all!

      Well, last night I figured out why I haven't lost weight since August--YEAST OVERGROWTH!

      So after I finished having my little pity party, my boyfriend took me shopping and bought me more veggies, eggs, flavored olive oils, and meat. What a guy.

      I started the anti-yeast/KISS diet last night with dinner. I feel like I have to learn how to eat once AGAIN! But if this means I'll feel better and begin losing weight again, it's worth it.

      I am looking forward to teaching Half and Half tonight. I need a good cleansing workout!

        Morning STACers!

        I finally got a day that's not booked solid with meetings, so I can actually get some work done--and it has PILED up! Decided to cut out caffeine for a couple of days and see how it affected my system; today is day 2 and I feel a ton better than yesterday. Looking forward to grocery shopping and running tonight

          Hi everyone!

          I'm busy baking for the market tomorrow - a bunch of stuff I can't eat but that's ok. I'm cooking lunch also which is in the oven now (chicken wings).

          Our storm just came - lasted about 20 minutes of really heavy rain and then went away. For them telling us all day about a really bad storm it was kind of a let down - but also a good thing.

          My weight is ok - the jeans I put on today are huge! I don't need to undo them to get out of them which makes me feel better just putting them on

            Morning STAC crew. Took yesterday off from the gym, my body was seriously telling me it was time to take a day, and I feel great for doing so.

              Hi everyone!

              TOM came a week early and it is angry for being woken up to soon. Been having the worst cramps. haven't been wanting to move at all. I have been drinking a bunch of water and trying to move around the best I can. I know my body isn't happy about TOM but it also isn't happy that I haven't worked out in the past 3 days. Maybe I'll try some light work today. Or just some stretches. I dunno.

              I do know I need food though. I always have the intention of cooking some food first and then checking the computer but the computer room is before the kitchen so it never seems to happen lol Oh well

                Oh boy do I have some work to do to get down to my ticker weight. I have been a bad girl. With TOM on the horizon I gave in to the chocolate monster today and had Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. Bad Deb!!! Bad Deb!!!! I feel lousy now. Why don't I ever learn?

                  hi yall,
                  my IT band is still flaring up so i had to just walk 3 miles today instead of run. i don't feel like i get much benefit from walking although i do find it incredibly soothing. off to play soccer tonight. it is supposed to warm up here to the high 70's the rest of the week and next week, so hopefully this cold snap is over!!

                    Hi all. I've been hacking away all day today, and my head is hurting. It hurts to cough! But I didn't let that stop me froming doing my workout after work. I felt really good after that, ate a good meal, and am drinking tons of water, to get rid of that itchy cough. We're expecting snow & blizzard like conditions tomorrow morning for the whole day, so I'm not looking forward to waking up to that! But we can't complain, as we've had really spring like weather here for the last month. Signing off now, have a great remainder of the evening everyone.
