  • I've been gone for a few months shoud I re-do induction?

    I just looked at my last log in date and it was the day before my DD birthday. From then on the holidays got the best of me but here I am. I'm proud to say that my weight remained stable, may a pound or two gained I haven't weighed in about a week, but I've been off the program. Worse, I didn't follow through with the rungs. I'm 8-10 pounds away from MY ideal goal so my question is should I induct again or start back at rung 3 where I was?

    You need to re-induct for two weeks, then move into OWL. With so little left to lose, you should be prepared for slow losses and take some time building to maintenence.

    There's no point in doing this unless you are willing to go all the way.

      I did the same thing, though I am not close to my goal. I found it cut my cravings much better this time and I am doing much better. I think if you do induction for the two weeks and really concentrate on your eating habits, it will make moving up the rungs much easier for you. I am having much less pitfalls this time becuase I am not being so lenient. I know you are close to your goal but most times, this is the hardest weight to get off.
