Wow, I'm back and finally have a high enough level of motivation to keep to the program
I agreed to go on a 60km walk called the Weekend to End Breast Cancer this august! I've started training a couple days ago, and am now getting my meals properly in order and back into induction. I've kicked coffee and my diet pepsi to the curb!
I let myself slide to 5 pounds past my original start weight 2 years ago - eeK! So disappointed with myself for that, but now's the time to correct it for good.
I'm excited to see how close I can get to my goal weight of 180, and bodyfat target of less then 17% by race time! I'm starting at 271 and 42% so here we go!
