  • wfd- Wednesday

The kids have CCD on Wednesdays, so that means I need quick and easy - for everyone.

They had mac and cheese with corny dogs.

I had tofu mac and cheese with baked wings rolled in parmesan sauce and even a lemon-lime slushie (knock off of sonic limeade!)

Who says we don't eat well??? And pumpkin mixed with butter and cream cheese for breakfast... heaven! Cuke dipped in Ranch for a snack. Today was a good day Lots of water and I'm about to drink another glass.

We had rotisserie chicken and mashed cauliflower. I know, the chicken might not be the best choice if it's marinated in bad stuff. And I know, it's basically all white. I usually try to avoid monochrome dinners, but it just worked out that way tonight. The kids had salad, but I had salad with lunch and didn't want any more.

I fried up some of Scooter's sausage, then I scrambled eggs with onion and green pepper in the sausage fat/oil that was left. YUMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

We had broiled pork loin wrapped in cracked pepper bacon and I had brussel sprouts drenched in butter and garlic - DH and DD had mashed taters with theirs ((I personally like the brussels better )
