    The new girl gets to start roll-call?

    Well, STACers, on 2/1/08 I re-started Atkins at 347 lbs...

    I've completed 14 days of induction....

    Weighed in this morning at 335 lbs.

    I ate really well yesterday..."Prolly knowing I was weighing in today"

    BF - 3 eggs, coffee
    LU - Spinach/Roddicho Green Mix with Ck breast w/vinegar and oil
    SN - Melted Mozz chz "crackers"
    DIN - 3 Steak Ummmmms with 2 eggs
    WATER - WATER - WATER

    Now I just need to get off my a$$ and get to the gym...well...actually not get off my a$$, someone please make like 4 hours more in the day!

    My days start at 4:30am and don't end until 11pm-1am EVERY night. I haven't watched a TV show since before Thanksgiving... I DVR my soaps (Y&R and B&B) but have to keep deleting the older ones cuz I hit 100% max capacity...

    I need to have one weekend by myself, and do some catch-up......

    I hope you all have a great day....seeing my scale 12 lbs. lower is just more motivation!!!

    Good morning everybody! Had a great day yesterday. Ran 2mi in the morning followed by 5mi ride on the bike and last night swam 1,000 meters....
    Ate really well.
    Today I am so sore I will take a rest day!

      Good morning everyone.

      WTG Sherry! Jess, good thing you don't live here..snow, rain, freezing rain, more snow.

      As usual, I'm so happy it's Friday!!! Yea!! I can't eat after 8pm tonight because I'm having blood work done tomorrow. I'm finally having a physical, in about a week. I should have had one a year ago, but I didn't. I'm curious how my test results will be.

      Eat well. Be happy.

        Wow quiet in here today. I ate really well too yesterday crablegs and steak and cesar salad for dinner Had a wonderful night with my man and dang the stupid scale for being stubborn and not moving. Oh well. TGIF

          I hate my TOM! Ok - that is off my chest. No I didn't gain weight - oddly enough I weighed back in under 150 this morning. But dang I am in pain and cramping.

          Anyway - I'm back to baking today for the market tomorrow. Scones, bread and all this stuff I can't eat. Good thing I really am not hungry (side effect of TOM sometimes)

          Otherwise it should be a good day - got my crunches, squats, and pushups done which makes me feel like I have accomplished something. And I expect my new scale to show up today so that's a positive.

            Morning Everyone!

            Still doing fairly well here...eating has been good, though i do think i overate yesterday (legal though).

            my new treadmill is still sitting in the box in the dining room so I haven't ramped up my exercise though . Hubby promises we'll put it together this weekend, but not sure he's been working 24/7 it feels like, plowing snow for the city. I'm doing Sarah's babysteps challenge, so i've been doing some ball and weights though. And lots of snow shovelling to keep my up on my cardio. My back was out for a few days and it's been pretty good this week...so the treadmill would be nice to have now!

            I'd put it togehter myself...I'm pretty good with stuff like that..problem is the thing weighs about 250 lbs!!!

              Mornin!

              Still 4lbs up from my low - I'm pretty sure I'm going to go back on induction on Monday. Although I haven't eaten poorly, I have no idea what is causing the gain - TOM is coming, but I usually don't gain that much weight beforehand. Oh well, doing a nice, clean induction can't hurt
              Nicholas, my 2 year old woke up with a lovely 103 temp. After I drop the other chitlins off at school, we are having a pajama day and just going to cuddle until he takes a nap.
              Other than that, a whole lotta nothin going on.

                Good morning All - from drizzly/misty San Antonio. Well I survived the evil temptation of the chocolate covered strawberries yesterday (YAY!) Still not able to exercise do to my knee still being swollen -- I guess if it doesn't get better by Monday I will go to the doctors for some antiimflamatories.

                  Morning everyone.. CONGRATS ON THE 12 LBS!!

                  Today is good. Day 4 and my brain is little hazy but otherwise good to go. I tried making Muffin-Pan Quiches last night and WAY overcooked them, so my breakfast this morning is a very hard little egg-shaped muffin. They seem so promising so I'll just have to redo them tonight lol

                  Tomorrow is my weekly weigh/inches day but I snuck onto the scale this morning anyways (because my brain must still assume a diet has to be miserable and I'm just not!) and was pleasantly surprised to find myself now down to 160.0 from 165.8! (My start weight) -- so I need to bump up my exercise and we'll see how the second week of Induction pans out! =)

                    Good Morning All! Another beautiful sunny morning here. Lots of work to do today, the last day of the work week and want to get an earlier start, as I am ending early today. DH and I are going away for the weekend, he on business for most of Saturday, and me to do some last minute shopping for our cruise in 12 days. The hotel has an excercise room, so I'll be bringing with my workout clothes. Failing that I will have my Slim in 6 DVD and my computer! So that part is covered. We're eating out all of the meals, so I'll just pick and choose & be selective. Hopefully the scale on Monday will be good to me! Have a great weekend All!

                      Hey all!

                      It sounds like everyone had a SAFE Valentine's Day so far, no sugary treats! YAYYYYY!!!

                      My V-Day was pretty quiet, my boyfriend and I made dinner together and watched a move, something awfully romantic...Balls of Fury. What can I say, we're not sappy people! We're actually celebrating Valentine's Day a little later when I'm not sick.

                      Feeling pretty skinny, and I've gotten compliments in the past couple days about how good I look. Tomorrow is my weekly weigh-in and I might go ahead and do it, even though TOM is here. I'll also be taking new bikini pics and hopefully a new siggy pic this weekend if TOM is on its way out...

                        Good Morning!

                        Hope you all had a fun Valentines Day. We went out to dinner, the food wasn't so hot but it was nice to get out with the hubby and just talk and relax.

                        I have been MIA for a few days and I am sorry about that. I fell off the wagon again and need to get back on today. I hate this yo-yo stage I am in right now. It is not doing me any good.

                        Today I choose to eat correctly and stay on plan.

                          TGIF! I just ate some canned pumpkin with splenda, cinn and cream cheese MMMM Great snack! IT's a veggie? wow LOL

                          Yesterday while everyone was nibbling on Bday cake for my youngest, I was in the kitchen whipping up some pumkin. Lo and behold, when I came out of the kitchen they were all finished! LOL We had a great time eating together with the table all decorated and eating on good china I officially have a house of Teens. No more babies

                            Good morning everyone!!

                            Came home to my roommate already being up and awake and doing laundry so the house is all nice and warm

                            Was a rough night at work and they are cutting even more of my hours. Turned in my two weeks notice though as I start my new job March 3rd!! *yay me!*

                            Now I'm gonna go pass out Night all!

                              Morning,all!

                              Well, we had a romantic Valentine's Evening after dh came home from work. VERY nice. I got a ring and flowers and stuff - from my DAUGHTER! lol. DH is buying me something we will both pick out - probably a piece of art glass, which I collect.

                              Anyway, this morning I woke up with a FLAMING cold - stuffy nose, postnasal drip, scratchy throat..........ick. I'm dosed up with dayquill (generic) and hope it passes to the chest quickly. I can deal with a cough. I hate a throat cold.

                              I'm off today (yippeeee!) so we are taking it easy. I have an appt. with my daughter's English teacher at 1:30, and a trainer appt. at 4:30, but other than that, dh and I are going to just enjoy each other's company. It's nice that after 10 years we are still thrilled just to be together, doing nothing.
