  • I"m so impressed!

I have lost 18 pounds and I don't think I have been on Atkins for a full month yet!! Wow.

I feel so much better, sleep so much better, better moods.. better looking... just BETTER all around!

I think it's time to add some exercise to the program

                Re: I"m so impressed!

You're doing great. I'm thrilled for you. Yep, exercise will even make you feel better, stronger, and burn more fat. Dr. Atkins said exercise is essential to the program...so get the full-benefits of changing your life-style by making it a habit to exercise in some way at least 3-4 times a week. Make sure you take measurements, cause once you start exercising...you won't want to miss the inches that will be melting away!

                    Re: I"m so impressed!

What am I eating? Wow.. good stuff LOL I do try my best to plan my menus - which really is helping and stops those "grazing" moods. Lots of water. Lots of veggies. I try to have protein, veggies and fat at every meal. I'm still doing induction level eating, but if I get hungry I will eat more veggies. Granted, I have a good amount to lose.
