    Hey everyone!

    Well with my new scale I am down to 146.6! The other scale said 149 - so I'm giving it a 3 lb error margin which is fine. I calibrated the other scale with a 5lb weight and it was right and my old scale was wrong. So it's ok - I don't need it anymore

    Im off to the market and hoping for a good day of selling stuff - the weather is with us so that is an excellent thing. Just need to sell a lot!!

          Good morning.

          I'm just back from doing the bloodwork for my physical. I couldn't eat for 12hrs beforehand, so now I'm going to go cook some sausage for breakfast.

          I know I had more salt than usual yesterday, but over the past few days, I'm up 5lbs and my rings are tight. It's not TOM time. Very frustrating, but I know it's water and not fat.

          The sun is shining! Almost didn't recognize it.

              Still holding 4lbs up from my low.

              Sheepie - I'm exactly where you are and it's frustrating - even though I know it's water, it still sucks wind

              It's sunny here in my neck of the woods too! Can't wait for Spring & Summer - yiipeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
              Today is date day with my 4 year old - he wants to see Spiderwick Chonicles - We'll see how that one goes...
              My hubby is the sweetest boy in the world - yesterday, he surprised me with a new Coach bag I have been eyeballing - I wanted to cry, it's so stinkin pretty
              Rest of the day = a whole lotta nothin!

                Well, I'm back online and going back on atkins Again. Sandy, you look so great in your new pic!!! You inspire me. It makes me feel guilty as **** for the last 2 months of bad eating. But this time I gonna try to hang in there with you and get something done. I'm at 193 now. I'm gonna take it 10lbs at a time and try to eventually get to 175 or 165 or whatever gets me into a size 14.



                My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

                1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
                2nd mini goal: 140!
                3rd mini goal:135!
                4th mini goal: 130!

                I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

                  Morning all! I'm cranky but that happens lol. Day 5 of Induction and down 5.8 lbs! (thats obviously not why I'm cranky lol, thats great news)

                    Morning all!! I'm eating sausage and eggs and drinking water while checking the board. Life it great Got some running around to do and just enjoying the day with the kiddos. Today or tomorrow I need to plan the menu and grocery shop. Planning really helps. I cannot stress that enough.

                      Good morning everyone. Hopefully I will get my house cleaned today and test my knee on the treadmill (wish me luck)... And, if there is still time go to Wallyworld to get some groceries and whatnot.

                        Morning folks, just a quick ghost checkin before I head back to work.

                        Today ends month 1 on atkins. Down 22.4 lbs, no cheats, I'm staying around the 20 -25 carb level, but adding some rung 1 and 2 OWL items. Overall, I feel fantastic, better focus at work, I'm sleeping less but waking up more refreshed than ever. My what seem to be daily headaches are gone, my wife says I'm snoring less already.

                        Overall, other than this ridiculous work schedule, I feel fantastic!

                            Ok back from the market Decent day according to sales - but felt slow to me since I didn't sell as much as I wanted to.

                            So I updated my goal to be 120 lbs and then I'll go from there. For some reason I didn't want to see my ticker actually HIT the goal #1 weight. I think it was making me see it more as an "I'm almost done" outlook and that's not a good thought.

                            My husband spent the morning ordering seeds... and that for him is fun Personally I think about all the things I'll have available to eat!!! Some of it is new for us and for me to eat so I'm excited about it. I'm ready for spring - yet it's coming so fast - 2 weeks and it will be MARCH!! That to me is unbelievable.

                            Alright I think I'm done for awhile Need to go relax for a little bit, figure out what's for dinner and go from there.

                              I have a head full of SNOT and I'm not even going to bother to weigh myself! I think my head weighs 300 lbs alone............<moan>
