  • Once Again for the Last Time

Chelloooo, Well I'm finally back after some lurking. I haven’t posted in a while and never really introduced myself formally the first second and third time around. So hey everyone I'm Sonje in FL 26 years old and mother of 1. I have been doing okay w/ my weight loss or so I thought until I saw a pic of myself a year ago around Feb with my weight written on the back and I weigh the same. Now my weight has yo yo'ed for the past year of course but I still haven't reached my ideal weight. Feeling that I haven’t progressed and a slight depression has made me set a deadline or goal date April 4 2008. I haven't gotten into journaling yet but w/ only six weeks left I may have to start so I can get my daily dose of inspiration and support this site provides. Thanks for reading and your support Lawd knows I'll need it.

Welcome back!! Congrats for coming back to this WOL. Keep posting on this site - it will help you so much on your journey. I have noticed that when I journal, it helps so much, I can see what I ate and how I felt for a particular day and what to avoid, if the scale or my mood isn't right. It's also nice to seriously let out some big fricking frustrations!
You're a beautiful woman - you can totally do this!
      Best of luck to you!

Re: Once Again for the Last Time

Hi and welcome back. Question - how much weight are you trying to lose by April? This lifestyle works - but you have to remember you didn't put this weight on overnight and you are not going to lose it overnight as well. You will see the weight coming off (or at least the inches) I just hoping that you haven't given yourself an unrealistic goal. Just make sure to keep posting and asking questions - the support on this sight is great! I just started journaling too & find it to be helping so far

          Good luck

Re: Once Again for the Last Time

Thank you guys. I'm going to lose 32lbs. With all the crap I've been eating my body just feels toxic. So I'm back on induction. I been adjusting my weight goal for the last year and getting complacint as soon as I reach the next goal level. I feel like I look good enough... for the time then there is that steady weight creep. But I'm on board and committed. Press On
