    good morning everybody. I hope you are all doing great! I've been considerably busy...much more so than I like and these next 3 weeks will only continue on with multiple things happening! Sometimes in my busiest times I am my more structured and capable! I am leaning into that knowledge for now!

      Good morning. To the Americans, Happy Presidents' Day!

      It was a nice weekend. Dh and ds went to a monster truck rally. Dd and I went shopping. It was a close call. If she hadn't fallen asleep, I had half a mind to go to Red Robin and cheat, cheat, cheat! As it was, we came home and she napped for 3 hours. She's only 3yrs old and we had such a good time shopping for shoes and clothes for her. I think it was an emotional thing. Instead of eating out of depression, I think I wanted to eat out of happiness. That scenario never occurred to me before. Anyway, danger averted for now. All my legal food is packed and ready to go to work.

      Have a great day and if you have the day off, even better. Go do something good for yourselves.

        Good Morning Everyone.. I am OFF for today.. I have sooooooooo needed this morning off... I am trying to get our last year business stuff done so I can get to work on the taxes... Once I get these stupid taxes done...just maybe I can do something fun for myself like Scrapbook.

        Not back on food plan yet...Don't have the groceries to get started.. I will be so happy when we get some money..This has been a really really tough winter....

            Morning, all!

            Rough nite - slept really really lightly for some reason. But I'm up now, and don't feel badly. Scale says 196.5 - yay! Half pound is half pound! Maybe this is the start of a losing phase.

            It's been a really nice four-day weekend and one day is left. DH is off work so we are going to hang out together. Maybe take a hike, maybe just goof around. I will get in a trip to the gym for a big workout with dd later in the day, though.

            I'm just keepin' on keepin' on. It feels like such a solid routine, eating right and working out. I'm just in the groove and my body feels like it should.

              Hey everyone! Well my weight didn't change but according to my new fancy scale my body fat % went down 1%!! That was actually I think more exciting than anything else. When I was 20 I was really into bodybuilding and my body fat was 9% so seeing 40%+ is very heartbreaking - even though I have aged (just a lil - LOL)...I don't expect to ever be back at 9% unless I lived at the gym like I did back then - but just lower and would like to see some definition which I feel is under the layer of fat I see - especially on my tummy.

              We had 2 baby goats yesterday evening which was again - super exciting. They are very cute Never had baby goats around.

                Hello All! Hope everyone is having a good day so far! I am feeling very happy today as it is the first time I have made it through the day without looking at the mirror in my office bathroom and thinking "yuck!". Thanks to all of you for such support and encouragement. OzLover, I'm not laughing right now because I am at work but because of this board and this WOE I am definitely smiling!

                I hope everyone else is having a happy, smiley day too!

                  Good morning guys, I'm new here. I did Atkins last year about this time, lost 18 pounds, then fell off the proverbial wagon. I'm happy to say that I didn't gain all of it back, at least - I'm still at a 12 pounds loss from back then, but have made a lot of efforts to lose more in other ways only to barely be able to hold where I'm at now. So...I'm back to the only thing that ever worked for me. I'm also determined to work out, which I didn't do at all last time. I have a new elliptical in front of the television that even has a couple of videogames on it and a woman who tells me to move my a**. No excuse now, right?

                  I really, really, really (add a few more) want to get back down to a good weight for me, 125 would be out of this world, and I would even settle for 130. I haven't weighed that since before my three kids (16, 12 and 2!) I am really praying to make it this time!

                    Hey everybody!

                    I am still at home, ready to go to the gym...I have the day off! This is such a treat! I got to sleep in this morning, and cuddle with my man, and now I'm off to the gym to get my workout in right away. I'm going to do some miles on the bike, upper body strength training, and some medicine ball ab work. Then I get to come home and do laundry and dishes, blechhhhhhhhh. Oh well, once it's clean in here, then I can RELAX for the rest of the day!

                    Still doing well with the KISS plan, I tried 1 oz. of mozzarella last night (Dr. Atkins allows mozzarella and cream cheese) and had reaaaaaaaaaally bad gas and bloating. I'm wondering if I'm lactose intolerant? WAHHHHHHHHHH! I'm off to do some research...

                      Morning all!

                      Still up 4lbs. &$#@!

                      This morn, I went back to induction junction I figure a little clean eating can't hurt. Have all the children of the corn here today - should be exciting.
                      Going to the gym in a few - going to run, hit the eliptical and stairmaster. Might do a little lower body resistance. I took majority of last week off, since I had the crud. I really need to get back in the groove.

                        good morning....
                        I'm working later today...
                        I'm feeling pretty good right now. I had some splenda yesterday, which I think triggered a headache, so giving that up for good now after doing some research on it. In fact, I'm going to clean every bit of it out of my house along with the sugar free chocolate and the atkin bars and toss all that #$%@ in the trash! all headache triggers for me... GOODBYE!

                        sipping some green tea with cream right now and going for a walk soon... have a fabulous day everyone!

                            Good morning everyone, long weekend of working, and now I'm ... wait for it... back to work! Still having no problems with this WOE, no cravings at all. Every now and then I'll get that wistful "ohhh, that would taste good" thought that flitters through my head (usually about french fries) but it doesn't last more than a second.

                              Today is the first offical day of my round of P90X. Sadly enough, I can't even do one single pull-up on the chin-up bar!! I set a goal of being able to do five pull-ups in three months. Guess I had better get working on that. I'm giving away the remainder of my 'fat' clothes today. I figure its time that I made the decision that I'm not going to gain anymore and that I will reach my goal. DS didn't have school today so the boys and I went running around with my mother. I'm so proud of myself because my mom wanted to know if she bought me a box of candy as a late Valentine's gift (since everything was on sale half off) if I'd eat it? I almost said that I would and then I remembered that I made a commitment to do this round of P90X cheat-free and to do the DANDR book all the way through. My mom bought my sister a box of candy and she got me a book that I had been wanting instead and surprised me with it when we were on our way back. It was a really nice. I felt like I had been rewarded for not cheating!
