Hi, i lost almost 60 pounds on Atkins without a hitch. I went from 239 to 180 and maintained it for almost 2 years. I quit smoking and bam! i am 210!! So i am just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem getting those ketones to come!! It seems i couild eat nothing and still not have the stick change color. They are not outdated, but surley something seems wrong. Is it harder the second time around to get your body into Ketosis? I mean i could eat way over 40 carbs before and still see signs, now i could have 10 in a day and see almost nothing! HELPPPPP
