Happy Tues STACers. Another day to resume our focus. I remember being here last year, and being so organized and fired up. I was also in a huge crisis and full of tons of fear about my mother's future...But daily I ate right on plan. I never skipped a beat in the toughest times of my life.
I had carved out a way of eating and exercise that was transforming my life.
I reflect there, seeking to make keep those very plates of success spinning.
It's a long journey, and yet sticking to the most basic things that really work for our bodies is a key thing we just can't afford to put down and forget today.
Hold on to the most basic thing that helps you make it on a low carb day. Don't forget it, don't leave it behind and keep it central to your focus.
That's where my head is today, WHERE IS YOUR HEAD?
BACK TO BASICS!

Weighed in about .4 lbs less which is fine. I'm watching the body fat % now more than I thought I might.

Obviously I don't have a problem doing cardio, but I sure wish I had the strength to do those pull-ups. I decided that on the days that I do strength training, that I will attempt a pull-up on my chin-up bar every time I walk through that door way. I'm kind of nervous about later today. I have a child support hearing for my two boys and I don't have anyone to watch my kids besides my grandfather. My grandmother is also having surgery to have a lump on her breast biopsied(sp.?). He will be picking my kids up on the way home from the hospital with her and I know she probably isn't going to feel like having the boys running around. Not only that, they've never watched my kids before(or any of their great-grand babies for that matter). I don't even think my grandfather has ever changed a diaper in his life. Hes one of those men that just don't mess with babies. I'm also afraid that one of their house dogs might bite one of my kids. I really don't want to go to the hearing or leave my kids.
