    Re: Is there....

Yes! Well, sorta. I use pork rinds passed thru the blender so they are powdery and I can coat things. My kids loved BBQ pork rind chicken tenders. Dip in equal portions of ranch and heavy whipping cream and then dredge in the pork rinds. Bake until done. Really good and gives that shake n bake feeling.

My best advice would be to avoid anything other than the basics on induction. I found nut flours were the start of slipping and cravings. But that's just me.

I used to use Almond meal (just ground almonds) but I haven't made anything with it in a few years. Oh wait, that's not induction friendly

Nut flours are NOT induction friendly, rather they are legal on Rung 3 of OWL.

Crushed pork rinds can be used to make "breading" as well as parmesan cheese.

Well, flaxmeal makes great muffins. Unfortunately, you are only allowed 1-2 tbsp of flax on induction, and that's ONLY if you are constipated. Flax is legal on Rung 3 of OWL. Better save the muffins until then!

As an alternate you can make pau's breakfast turnovers:

They are so tasty! I make mine with sausage instead of bacon and I love putting mushrooms in mine
