Hey Fat Actress. I really like that analogy about the GPS - I will definitely remember that if I have a slip-up. I totally agree about staying motivated by keeping up with the boards. Whenever I make a bad choice I feel too guilty about reading other people's posts, so I stay away! Not this time. Thanks for your words of wisdom.
