Well last night I made up my mind to come back to the best WOE, Atkins and the best support board ADBB.
I WAS going to wait until Monday to start since I can't go grocery shopping until tomorrow and my two friends are coming over to watch the Oscars on Sunday, one a vegetarian, one a gourmet cook. More on that later...so I thought I'll start Monday but when ever I say that then that's my cue to eat whatever, whenever and how much ever! And instead of coming back at 275, I could've come back Monday at 280! So I decided I'm starting today. I figured I had enough "legal" food in the fridge to get me through one day until I go grocery shopping tomorrow. Had all the ingredients to make tuna patties which I had for brunch. And I need ideas for dinner. I COULD do a broccoli chicken stir fry but I thought I'd come on here and see if any of you great cooks had some sort of "recipe" for what I have...
Chicken breasts (boneless)
Broccolli (frozen)
Lots of cheese
sour cream
chicken broth
olive oil
butter
garlic
