      THE WEIGHT LOSS

      Not craving sugar.
Not having the feeling of guilt by constantly eating things I know I shouldn't.
When other people notice you're losing weight.

        For me:

        1. How I feel inside and out.
        2. No more cycles of binge eating, feeling guilty, eating again to feel good and ending up feeling worse
        3. Slow, steady energy all day
        4. No mood swings! I'm calm and cool!
        5. No more headaches.
        6. My body aches - feet burning and lower back pain - has already reduced!
        7. The control I feel.

I could go on and on LOL

ok, maybe I'm a rainshower on this thread , but there is really nothing I like about the low-carb lifestyle except for the weight loss! But I LOVE that and I plan to continue this way of eating for the rest of my life because I have finally discovered a way that I can eat healthfully but not sacrifice taste entirely.

                          lol at least you're honest.

I am reading all these people that don't have body aches anymore I can say my knees have gotten 100% better. I had thrown them both out as a teen and I was getting to where I couldn't get off the floor which is bad when I had to chase my 2 yo everywhere but the back ache still kills me. Honestly I don't think my back hurt as bad as it does now prior to weight loss. Maybe its from picking my son up now that I weigh less, I dunno. I want to get adjusted.

Feeling and looking like I'm 30 instead of 52. Being able to run 35 miles every week. Cholesterol ratio of 1.12. Blood sugar of 59. Resting heart rate of 60. Size zero! Eating to live not living to eat. Eating FAT and staying thin! Discovering a world of veggies I never knew existed before!!! Ordering a 12 oz ribeye and laughing as the server sets it down in front of my husband and seeing their surprise when I proudly say ''...um, that's mine''....
