  • To all the "guests" reading the board

I just checked the boards and there were 4 members and 22 guests reading! Wow!

I'd like to extend an invite to the guests reading to join the board and start posting! Honestly, having others who KNOW what you are going through and can really sympathize with you in your struggle is the best. The support is awesome. And on top of all that, we are a fun bunch

So if your reading the boards... must mean you are interested... take the next step and join us!

Agreed! Besides, when you're guests, you have to worry about what the hostesses will think if you slop your drink on the table, or finding the bathroom. If you become an actual posting member, then we'll just hand you a towel and the potty will automatically appear!

Okay, okay, I'm tired of being outside with my nose pressed up against the glass (of my monitor). I'm coming back in --- posting an intro --- but I warn you it won't be pretty. A lot of water under the bridge since I was active here.....and a lot of bad habits and weight gain. If my original trial of Atkins hadn't been a huge success I'd be really negative about it cuz it's gotten so hard to lose anymore.

Yeah! Welcome again U CAN do it! For me, planning ahead is the key! Really planning. It works. Just gotta find time to plan LOL Tonight daughter is having a slumber party. Hopefully I can crawl in my bed with the grocery ads on the internet and plan my meals for the following week. It's helped me stay on track so far.

          Time for more water!

I have to second this notion, I've had temptations from time to time, not to go to the gym or not to bother with another bottle of water, or "let's just sneak one diet coke" in there... and as often as my other commitments have held firm, my commitments here to ADBB have done it as well.
