    Happy Anniversary Mitzi!

    You rock! one year ago today, you were fat and miserable. You made a commitment to restart, and in 12 months, you've completely changed your lifestyle and relationship to food!

    I look at your photos every day - they inspire me. I want to look like you when my year is up!

    Thanks for continuing to be a part of STAC!

    Tape Measure: I've lost 42.5 inches as of 3/15/2008

      congratulations. You give people like me so much hope and guidance with the experience to back it up. I sincerely appreciate every time you answer one of my posts and I hope to be like you in a year or so! Well maybe not 5'2 1/2" but you know what I mean!

            You look truly amazing. I would not have believed that both pics were of the same person. Inspiring!

            As I said on a thread to you a couple of days ago, I can't imagine how good it feels to reach that goal on your ticker and then exceed it.

                I'm sorry I missed your anniversary yesterday, Mitzi.

                I just wanted to drop in and tell you how much I appreciate you as a member and as a supporter. I feel like you are "on my team" and i really appreciate that. I'm sure many, many others feel that way too.

                You're such a success story and such a great person too. Thanks for all that you do around here and congratulations on looking so FANTASTIC!

                  congratulations friend!!! not only do you look amazing, you are also a warm, genuine, and dedicated person who brings so much to all of us. your dedication and commitment to taking the time to keep up with what is going on with each of us and to keep us motivated is commendable. i don't know how you do it!

                    Thank you so much, friends. Believe me, I don't think that I could have come this far without this board, and all of you. I have so many people that I look up to, and have learned from. And I see the hope and determination of the newer members. It's all GOOD!

                          Congratulations Mitzi on one whole year! You are such an inspiration! I've shown off to some of my friends who are Atkins nay-sayers your results and they are just blown away. You are definitely proof that atkins is a life saver!
