    realised I am not allowed them on induction
    I am going to resist,
    They smell wonderful too - My husband is going to have to tell me how they are ( boooooooooo hooooooooooo) x

    You are SO strong! You are my new hero! That would have been so easy to give in, and you didn't! It's really the small victories that matter, when they are all added up. Keep up the good work!

      I n the long run, you'll get to eat plenty of almonds, so two weeks isn't a big deal, but congrats on thinking that through and sticking to the plan!

        Thanks guys. I know that if I start bending the plan that it will all go horribly wrong! My husband liked them anyway

            mmm roasted almonds. I don't know if I could have been that strong! Way to go!!
