    Hello All,

    Today is my busy day so it is the hardest for me, I've planned ahead though and I should be fine! The new 6WEC challenge started yesterday and this time I'm going to try to really push myself more than before. I stepped on the scale this morning- 201.6! I'm so close to onederland I can taste it (and it tastes like steak or something equally as low carb and tasty!).

        Morning!

        I checked in earlier on the 100+ board by accident!!!

        I'm on day 5 of induction and doing OK. Bit of a headache today so am guzzling the water!

        I am trying out a meatballs recipe in my new crockpot so hope that turns out OK.

            Good morning fellow STACers!!

            I got to sleep in this morning and it was so nice! Now I'm going to do my workout for the day and get started on cleaning my house a little bit. It's kinda turned into a disaster and both my bf and I aren't sure how that happened
