    Good morning everyone! TGIF!!!!! I am so glad it's Friday. It's been a really long week. I'm planning for an International Sales Meeting at my office so it's been a lot of detail work. My brain is tired!

    Good evening last night. I finally had a SF jello after dinner. I had three taco salad's in a row (dinner, lunch, dinner). They were all so good. I needed a little something extra last night so I caved and had the SF jello. Well, I lost a half a pound (GONE FOREVER) when I weighed today! I'm so happy about that. I've been in a little funk so it's nice to have the scale move again.

    I can't wait to work out this weekend! Hubby called me this morning and he has lost a total of 19 pounds! Man, I will have to work my butt off this weekend to catch him. No way is he going be beat me! He's going out of town on Sunday and won't be back until Thursday so here's my chance to take the lead.

      Hi everyone,
      Had a busy week this week with the doctor visits etc...

      Scale says 167.2 this am... yeah! new low! I'll take it and run!

      Dh says he'll marry me again. (leap year silliness)

      Finally have a 4 day break, but I have to study for a test (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) so that's kind of stressing me out. I have to get cracking on that one. Massage at 1 though... yeah!

        TGIF STACERS!!!!

        Busy day for me today so a quick hello. Even though it's sunny and hot outside I have beef soup cooking on the stove! LOL! Leftovers from my pot roast which by the way DID NOT give me a wooshie like it normally does. In fact I am UP 2.5lbs which I DON'T understand and want to cry! BUT I will not let that scale rule my world! I've worked out for an hour on the treadmill two days in a row, going upstairs to make it three. Gonna do the weight no weigh scale challenge and not weigh myself again until it's done and if by then I don't drop any weight I might have to start evaluating my fat and calories, maybe I'm overdoing it on the cheese. So much for a quick hello! LOL!

        Off to workout, run errands, intern at Second City and bon voyage party for my bff. Have a great Friday and I'll check in with y'all later!
