Anyone try this? The LWE where I go to workout has one, it costs extra so I really haven't tried it yet. I'm skeptical though because the brochure says "Burn up to 600 calories in a half an hour" there is supposed to be skin benefits and pain relief, neither of which I have an issue with... but the loss of calories and time to relax interests me. I'm trying to decide if it's worth the extra $20 a month or not. Also it says that "infrared" saunas are different than traditional ones because the sweat you let out contains fat and other impurities rather than all water? They quote some kind of "sweat related" testing study
