    Hi all,
    yes, cloudy and over cast here in so cal today. Still, looking forward to taking a long walk and spending some time at home. I am studying for a test for a certification class at work that comes up every 2 years and always manages to stress me out, and I also need to go see my dad down in San Diego at the hospital. Hopefully I can make the day relaxing despite all I need to do.

    Yesterday I bought some new tops at Steinmart using my 20% off coupon on the clearance racks... I got some really cute stuff and feel like I have a new wardrobe now. Love that I'm wearing size 10 pants now... makes me totally happy.

        Hi all. It's supposed to be 70 today... woo hooo. Sping is coming. I was sitting quietly reading this morning enjoying a bit of relaxation when BF's daughter comes and spills my coffee all over my white carpet. So i spent the last hour steam cleaning the room. Really a blessing in disguise as i have need to do the room for about 4 months now but am pretty lazy. Anywho, i think i ate something with hidden sugar in it yesterday because last night my tummy hurt so so so bad. Fortunately my body didn't revolt in any other way than that. Prolly gonna spend most of my time today out of doors as it it a lovely lovely day here in Colorado.

          Hey everyone - it's afternoon now - busy day at the market - and we SOOO needed the sales! Even had someone come up to the farm afterwards and bought more stuff so that was exciting!

          I overslept this morning to start my day off perfectly But I did alright as far as food choices went - just had lunch and it was leftover taco meat with fixings - I love guacamole

          So still busy - windy today and my face feels dry from it and slightly wind burnt. Ick... but husband just went off to work and so I have the kids and it's an easy night for me - they aren't picky about food choices and I probably won't eat (maybe a small protein shake) and to the bath tub I will go!!

            happy april fool's day!! i am still struggling...still lurking and reading and thinking about things...i guess being on the board is better than being off! re-read the book yesterday and am slowly but surely getting back to myself. please send me some positive vibes...i need some outside energy to help jump start me. party trouble, you look gorgeous! and mitzi, you do too...seeing both of your pics really is helping to motivate me. see you tomorrow!

              Hey everyone! My internet is down at home so i wont be able to get on as much. Hopefully be back up and running sometime this month ugh...

                Wow - it's been a long time! It really is great to see you.

                Getting started is definitely the hardest part. You know that Atkins works, and that once you get about 4 clean days under your belt, it gets a lot easier.

                I think that it's good that you have been lurking, reading, and thinking... Atkins is about more than just the food we eat. It is a mindset, and an attitude. Once you get your head straight, and commit to this time being the real deal, you will do great things.

                Good for you, for posting in the STAC forum! These are a wonderful bunch of people, and will be a great source of support and motivation.

                  Geez I know it's almost 6:40 but I wanted to pop into roll call because I want to make it a point to at least post on STACERS roll call every day to help make me accountable! I'm doing the no weigh challenge so I popped on scale today and I'm down 6lbs! Yay! Finally! Resting up from working out on the treadmill the last 3 days in a row but will be back on it tomorrow. Hope you all are having a wonderful Saturday and now I'm off to read some of these wonderful roll call posts!

                      Awesome.. Hope you get to see a Whale... My son went on a Whale watching trip about an hour away in Virginia Beach and saw NOTHING.. he was so disappointed Although we have been out there and seen dolphins swimming and that is fun to watch.
