  • Second Time Around - Day ONE

    Today is full of firsts:

    My first day on this board
    My first day back on plan
    My first day able to work out in many months
    First time I've felt positive about my health in almost two years.

    I've been sidelined for too long. Yes it's time to be back on track and get myself to goal. Even if it's a slow ride, I'll feel better getting there.

    Thanks for all the wonderful information here!

                  Hey WorkinMyWay! Great positive attitude! Remember to keep it positive, even when the ride gets bumpy (and it will) and take it one step, one habit, one day at a time. This board is GREAT for support so don't disappear!

                    Thank you all so very much for the support!

                    I'm on day three and doing fine A bit of the induction flu but I'm taking that as a GOOD sign that my body is losing all it's toxins.

                    Once I get a few weeks under my belt I know it will be smooth sailing.

                    Until then, one day, one meal, one workout at a time.
