Day FOUR on plan and still going strong
Even with some stress and issues with my devil teen this morning. It WILL be a day for me and not stress
Zara, you have lost 11.5 pounds. That is 11 and 1/2 cartons of butter. Next time you are in the store look at the shelf and count them. THAT visual shows what an amazing job you are doing!!!
PT, keeping my fingers crossed for you and the Biggest Loser competition. Sorry about the insomnia. I fight it too. My son gave me some BB&BW "Sleep" bubble bath for Christmas. It's a lavender and vanilla milk bath. Totally awesome for destressing and calming myself before I crawl into bed. Or maybe it's just the half hour in the tub with no kids around?
Another full crazy day for me here so I am off to the races! Everyone make it special!

((Unless we are a success story)) We are generally our own worst critict's and can pick out just about any flaw (imagineray or not) Just remember you are A SUCCESS story in the making and you have lost 11.5 awful heavy pounds... That's amazing!! If you aren't sure what a great accomplishment that is next time you go to the store pick up 11 pounds of potatoes and carry them around for a while... Don't be so hard on yourself - you are doing great.

Then after a long meeting at work, I check voice mail and it was my doc saying my cholesterol is too high and I need to take something for it!! I'm just so down....... Food could comfort me but I know it will make me feel worse in the long run. I'm just gonna try for a couple more days and then I dunno...Maybe Stillman's. Or I could try some L-Carnitine for slow metabolism -- anyone ever try this?
