      What a great group of ladies [not that the men aren't welcome, maybe they just aren't up this early LOL!] I am so proud of you what you ladies can do! First off, you can wait until Saturday to get on the scale....great will power! You can be up a couple of pounds, and still feel great - because you're in SIZE 12's!!! I remember thinking my 12's were big, now I DREAM of being able to squeeze into them again - those will be my skinny jeans!!!! And getting close to one=derland, is also my next goal. Zarabelle, our numbers are close, so I'm totally going to use you as my ADBB incentive to keep going. Sure, you've got a bit of a head start on me, but that makes it all the more fun to try & catch up.

      So, this morning I'm at 217, and I've been such a good little girl. I feel in my head like I'm smaller again, but my body doesn't show it yet. I've just got to keep doing what I'm doing until my body catches up my my mind and lifestyle. It's a process, and I didn't gain all this weight in 2 weeks, so it's not like I'm going to lose it all in 2 weeks. But MAN, if I could get in a smaller size pants, that would be GREAT!!!!

      Anyway, I hope you all have a great day. I'm off to refill my water, gotta keep up with the March challenge!

        Morning!

        You're right Evermind - we need those positive posts from Jess - I know I could use them. In a funk. MIL flying in today - love her, super excited to see her - just have a million things to do before she comes in. No gym today.
        Feeling bloated, bored, and not too motivated - I'm just TIRED.

          What a night/day! Major ice storm, flat tire, dangerous roads, urgent care for dh's infected finger, snow day, late for work. I'm ready for Friday!!

          Still holding steady at 193.5lbs. Evermind, we weigh almost the same but you wear a 12 and I'm just going into 16's. WTG! Your workout is really working!!!

            Afternoon everyone! I'm reading the posts and having a salad with green peppers, cucumbers and crumbled ground turkey. I really like hearing the great news from everyone. I'm feeling a little more stressed today because I have 9 to go for my first goal (Easter). I'm so afraid I won't make it. Anywhoo, I won't be a damper on this beautiful day. TGIW! I cannot wait until the weekend!

                    i won the biggest loser yesterday!! yee-haw, $600 for shopping!!!! very very pumped for today. have a big paper to write, so no exercise for me today, but will welcome the day off. tomorrow will be a nice run!

                      Good afternoon. I love reading this thread every day and keeping up with the amazing progress of everyone. I think I might change my goal from pounds to jean size since I've been working out way more this time around. It's been so long since I've been at a normal weight, I really have no idea what is appropriate anymore. I've read anything from 120-165 for my height and bone structure. I think I'll just make it a size 9...

                          Sandy Update.. Well since this morning.. I went to court with my son.. the lawyer showed up! WOO HOO.. he was really sick today. Basically $655 dollars later.. My son has his truck and my husband his gun... Now CJ just has 20 hours of community service to complete...he better straighten up cause he is now an adult and I am not going to get him out of anything..

                          Daughter update.. we sent her to school cause she thought she was better..well we had to go and pick her up at 8am... before we went to court.. talk about rushing... I think she has some kind of stomach virus going on.. She thinks it might be the flu.. its been coming and going..so I don't know..

                          Stopped at a local store and told hubby I can't eat anything there..well there was chicken wings in there with no sauce or no breading

                          Off to take a nap and then I think wash my car.. I am glad I took off work the whole day

                              Good afternoon everyone!

                              I'm loving my new job - the benefits are just amazing Just gotta try to survive til my first paycheck - couple more weeks arg!

                              Till then trying to stick to plan as well as i'm able. Not a whole lot of food in my house. I want to move to the next rung and add dairy but its just when I can afford it. Patience...

                                Sounds like almost everyone is having a good day! Me, too... Day 15 of induction. Back in ketosis and feeling good. Love the absence of hunger. Faced down a lovely looking dessert that sat in front of me through an entire luncheon. I thought about it...but how good it feels to just say no!
