  • Yum - crustless quiche is my new found breakfast food!

I LOVE IT! Thanks Elizellen for the recipe.

I make mine with bacon, roasted red pepper, onion (small amount) and dried basil and it is delicious. It takes about 40 mins to bake. First time it collapsed as I didn't cook it long enough and allow it to cool a bit.

I personally have to microwave it for 30 secs as find it unappertising cold in the morning.

Try it today!! Recipe section x

Oh geez that smiling looks very threatening I might have to try it! lol! I made something new tonight which was very simple. I had a package of thin turkey cutlets in the freezer, thawed them out and took some parmesan cheese and mix it with some pork rind crumbs (I made them in my magic bullet) some dried parsley garlic and pepper. Then I mixed up two eggs with a little heavy cream and I dipped them in the egg, then the parm/crumb mixture and fried them up in some hot oil. VERY YUMMY! I had that with a side of green beans for dinner it was very good.

That sounds wonderful. I will definitely try that - thanks xx

I am getting so excited about dinner tonight. It occured to me that I can have a roasted red pepper and goats cheese salad served on lettuce with a few cherry tomatoes!!! MY FAVOURITE!

How are you getting on not stepping on the scales? I am really going to try not to step on for a week.

I'm having quiche tonight! My friend is making it and I made sure of what her ingredients were so I know its friendly. I especially love making a breakfast quiche with sausage, cheese, & mushrooms
