    Morning everyone

    I am in a super duper mood today

    I got up this morning and had lost a pound then I put a gorgeous shirt on that I bought two years ago and have never been able to wear because it was bursting open and it fit then I went to the doctors who said 'wow, you've lost weight and he checked my op scar and said it was all OK (have been worrying about it)

    I completely forgot to eat breakfast so am going to have a slice of crustless quice and a decaff coffee.

      Did yogaX at 4am. The kids got up a third of the way through it. It wasn't very relaxing while constantly telling DS to pick up his toy hotwheel cars which he kept spilling all over my yoga mat. If it wasn't the kids, it was the cats laying on my workout gear. I can never do any form of workout without one of my two cats pestering me. They're worse than the children. I'm just glad its over with. The scales are up a pound again. I'm not losing or gaining, just hopping up and down on the same two pounds. It doesn't make any sense to me. I cut out anything and everything that might stall me. Its just irritating because I've been trying so hard and doing so well with the WOE, but I'm not seeing any loss. The day is def not off to the best start, but I'm going to find something positive to focus on today and I'm going to find a reason to smile!

      Everyone have a wonderful day! Find something positive to meditate on and make sure that you smile!

        Hi everyone.. I am skipping work today..Not feeling too good.. Not sure if its my Induction Flu hitting me or this Stomach thing my daughter has..But being on a school bus is not the place to be when you feel like you are going to be sick.. Still on track and down 2 more lbs.. 7 to get to my lowest..

        Party I have your Mexican Beef recipe in the crockpot right now.. Will let you know if we like it...lol

              Day SIX for me and I'm rockin` and rollin` along

              I am going to kick up the exercise this weekend now that I'm feeling better. I also ordered a Yoga DVD to help with relaxation and stress management.

                Morning, all. Scale up another pound - i'm at 199. Still wearing size 12 jeans, though, so obviously this has nothing to do with inches. And nothing to do with food, since I am eating right and staying on the third rung of OWL.
                Who knows? And, frankly, who CARES? At this point, not me. I mean, I care about the size. Just not the scale. <shrug>

                It is going to be a good day today. Nice weather (yay! Sun!) and nothing planned after school except a workout and rest. I'm counting down the days until I have 3.5 weeks off for spring break - whoopie!

                  my scale up a pound today, too, GRUMPY about that. sandy, hope the roast is awesome! don't forget to shred the meat and put it back in the juices for a while to absorb the spices, though!

                      Hello Everyone! Tomorrow is Friday and the workday is almost over for me today, that is a good feeling! I'm just hoping to get through the rest of today without another fire alarm in the building, I don't know if I can handle going down 24 flights of steps two days in a row!

                      It sounds like a few STAC-ers are dealing with a fluctuating pound or two right now! You all have such a good attitude about it though! You can do it, that stupid little pound doesn't mean anything!

                        Good morning eveyone! What a dreary day in Dallas. The weather is supposed to be really yukky here later today. Under some snow watch later this evening. Ughh! My back issue has flared up again. Taking a muscle relaxer and smearing icy hot on it. But... it is gonna be a great day!

                        Party... your pics are amazing. Don't let the nasty ole scale make you grumpy. You are doing fabulous and are such an inspiration!

                          Hi All!

                          Great start to my morning! I had eggs today and I bought my new runners last night so I am geared up for the gym today!! YAY!

                          I coworker said to me today that she noticed how much I am losing which is awesome!! And the ketosis stick was purple today so I am hoping to see a drop soon! I think I might treat myself to a cesar salad for lunch.

                          I have my doctor's appointment today regarding my choking and am interested in what he's going to say!!! Wish me luck!!

                            Scale the same this morning - whatever.... I'm going to Vegas tomorrow with hubby hot-pants and going to have a great time.

                            MIL in town to watch the kids while we are gone, so I have a busy day with her planned too!
