    Hey guys! Ok - my pants are huge that I am wearing - LOL. I mean totally baggy.

    I'm into new sexy underwear at the moment. I was way to heave 40 lbs ago to wear anything that was semi-sexy. So now I spent a little money on new Vic. Secret stuff - other than the bras. I know it's odd - but I'm in HUGE baggy jeans, a sweat shirt and I am dirty yet - I feel sexy because of what's under it all So my suggestion of the day is for everyone to do a little something for yourself - even IF you are the only one who knows about it. It makes you feel better - even when the scale isn't moving!

    I'm off to enjoy the beautiful day today!! Have a great one everyone!

      G' morning! I'm back! Yesterday I was having major cravings so today I'm cleaning up my diet and eating an induction day (or so) to clear that up. Have a busy day planned. Having broccoli and eggs for breakfast with orange spice tea and whipped cream. One more week of work then I have a 2 week vacation. I can hardly wait!
      Very thankful to see the sunshine again today!

      It's good to have you back Sandy! Yeah for the 2lbs lost! hang in there with the flu. That was a wise choice to not be on a school bus when that hits!

        morning all. Guess for most of you it's already afternoon. I am um to 165.4 today. I know it's water as i ate some bacon yesterday. I am really in ketosis now, my hunger is completely gone. Obviously i have cut something out of my diet i am sensitive to because for a while i was suffering some heavy duty cravings. Oh i am wearing a size 10 skirt today that i have not worn for at least 6 years...prolly longer. It's Old Navy and their sizing is big BUT i am still stoked as it's a pencil skirt and it's not too tight

          Good morning STACer's. I walked my dogs this morning for an hour, good for them and me especially since they could stand to lose a few pounds! I'm eating my breakfast, checking in here while I'm on hold with my insurance company.

          It's a beautiful morning here in So Cal. Last class of the week today then study, study, study for a big exam on Monday.

          I don't know how much I weigh as I'm in the weigh no weigh challenge. Boy, it's been kinda tough!

            Still doing well eating, weight is coming off slowly, I'm not getting enough exercise or sleep because of a ridiculous workload right now. I am happy that I'm not staying up all night with coca-cola and twinkies and whatnot, I do feel healthier, if stressed.

                  Better late than never...... one more day till FRIDAY!!!!!!! and I have the boys from .....well lets just say from another planet... (the one where brothers fight and bug each other beyond reasonable comprehension) after school today. Hope they weather holds up, I'm gonna save my clean house and turn them loose at the park.

                    Better late than never! It's 9pm here in LA! I had a super busy but fun day, well after my dermatology appt. and the taking of my blood (yuck I had needles!) I went to Santa Monica Beach, rented a bike and rode in the beautiful sunny shiney sea smelling afternoon! What a GREAT way to get in some exercise. Then went and kept my friend company at the restaurants she works at, had some ribs and a diet coke, then met hubby after work and headed home. Picked up some chicken wings and celery for dinner and now I'm catching up on posts! Hope all is well with everybody!!!!

                        snap, those jeans are a size 6, i can hardly believe it!! i am mostly in 6's at gap, banana, jcrew, ann taylor, etc. i am in 4's at places that run bigger (AnnTaylor Loft, Old Navy, etc). in dresses i am a 6, but in some skirts i stayed an 8. hope that helps!
