        Hello all!!

        Party, congrats on the size six!! WOOH! That's so great!!!!!

        All is well here! I missed breakfast this morning, I was in such a rush but guess what? I am down 2 more pounds! YIPPEE! That's huge! So I am going to go shopping tonight to get some goal clothes and stuff for me! Treating myself with NON food items!!!

        We're supposed to get a huge snow storm! 30 to 50 inches so I hope I can leave work early to escape it!!!

          Hi all. Back down to 163.6. Dumped all that water i was hangin onto. I am feeling good and looking forward to having a couple days off.

                Party, that is so great to have a $600.00 shopping spree! and you deserve it! How wonderful to be in a size 6... that is awesome!

                Sandy, good job on losing and trying new recipes... hope you feel better today. Salad bar sounds good at work...

                Well, I had a good day yesterday. I went to a different neurologist about my neck and headaches. She was really good. I'm not so sure about the medicine she gave me though... anyways, stayed on track food wise. I made a yummy lasagne last night that everyone loved and was able to put aside a bunch of it to freeze for work lunches. I have to work the next 4 days in a row now... (bummer) Getting ready to go to the chiropractor this morning.

                  Today is the last day of the no weigh challenge for me so tomorrow I get to seet what I lost for reinduction (plus 1 day) and then after that I put away the scale for another month! Which will be the REAL challenge because I woke up today feeling thinner and really wanted to step on that bad boy! LOL! I a little bit I'm off to do 5 miles and the treadmill and some pushups for the push up challenge! Breakfast was a low carb protein shake (I make myself with protein powder only 3 carbs total) lunch is some hot wings and a salad and dinner tonight is pork, greenbean and red chili stir fry! YUMMY! Then it's off to intern at the theatre! HAVE A GREAT LOW CARB DAY STACERS!!!!

                            TGIF STACer's!!!! Wow, things are going so great for everyone. I"m happy for you all. My DD has 1/2 day at school today so I'll be off to get her soon and then were are off to the stables, she horseback rides.

                            I walked the dogs so they are happy, I'm eating a good breakfast so I'm happy, lots of studying for me this weekend but that suits me fine.

                                Feeling better but a little dissappointed in myself for only lasting a week on Induction with NO weight loss. I'm still in ketosis, so I guess my "cheating" on non-induction foods hasn't hurt too bad. Especially since I'm down another pound for no apparent reason -- maybe it's the exercise challenge....

                                I'm seriously thinking about doing a no-yeast thing but I can't remember to do the spit test in the morning.
                                Party -- I know you must be on top of the world in your little bitty size 6's!! Thanks for posting this and giving us all so much hope! Congratulations on your hard work!
