    Ok... I should technically be a TTACer but we don't get a forum. I won't go into all the details, but I was doing phenomenally well (70 pounds down) and my world fell apart and now I'm +5 from when I started last time. And I feel a LOT worse. I'm getting older, fatter, and balder. I can only help one of the three . So today is day 1 of my STAC. I've tossed the carbs, switched to decaf, and plugged the treadmill back in.

    Hi Pstansel!

    Welcome back! At least you are back on the wagon and can enjoy watching those pounds drop off. Don't beat yourself up too much.

        I too just came back to this way of life for the 5th time - they don't have a room for fifth time around, so I read and post in here Something clicked for me a few weeks ago and now I am on a mission.

        Keep reading and posting -- glad to have you here, look forward to getting to know you !!

          Welcome! And CONGRATS for plugging the treadmill back in! Exercise is THE best thing you can do alongside this WOE! Good luck, you'll do just great!
          And don't let this happen to you on the treadmill! LOL!
