Hello everyone. This message board used to be a favorite of mine, but has mostly been a stranger as of late. I used to have a different username, but a lot has changed since I first started atkins a few years ago and I needed a fresh outlook. I'm feeling so confused and frustrated with my weight, but mostly my attitude and relationship with food.
My first time around on Atkins, the weight just FELL off! Granted, I started out at about 190 so there was much more to lose. This past summer I was married and honestly, it has been a struggle ever since. I've gone back and forth with low carb and WW. I love low carbing, but I have this fear that it won't work again.
I need some support and advice from all of you wonderful people. How have your experiences been after falling off for awhile and coming back? How do you keep your moral up? It's so weird because I am only 5-8 lbs away from where I was, but my attitude is so blah and I am being so hard on myself. Oh-and I know this sounds silly, but I finally have the internet working in my apt yay! So I don't have to use work computers only during the day hehe...so I feel like I really have a tool on this board to get my through. Phew. Thanks for listening.
