    Morning All!

    I ate and ate (legal foods) yesterday. I was just so hungry all day! I did a hard 30 mins workout at lunchtime too. I was amazed to see that I dropped 2 pounds (so am back down to my lowest weight) overnight!

    Am feeling pre-menstral.... am getting tummy cramps already so think TOM may come early which would be good.

    Am off to take my daughter to school shortly (it's almost 8.30 here).

    Good morning Stacers!

    So grateful it is almost the end of the work week. Wake up with a lot of energy but an eight hour plus work day just zaps it! My apologies as I'm a bit this AM. I do believe TOM is lurking.

      Another busy day. The scales are up again. Back to my usual low-carb menu. Atleast I could stick with that and not gain. Have a great day all!

          Beanpole have you ever entertained the idea that maybe your body likes where it is at right now? You are so close to what you have chosen for a goal weight. I know the closer you get to goal the slower you lose. You are also building muscle...muscle weighs more than fat. You should probably being going up the rungs to find your CCL. Just a thought. I'm sure you could post something asking the more experience folks about all of this.

            good morning! so glad it is thursday...almost the weekend. after work i am getting my haircut yay. well just a trim...it is pretty gnarly..haven't done a thing to it since october. no leg cramps last night so that was good. about to make some eggs before i run out the door. have a great day everyone!

              Good Morning Everyone! YEAH it is suppose to be 46 degrees today! Maybe I will get outside for a walk I am going to have a fresh start today without hidden sugar in my food.. Should I start back at day one or go for day 5? I am going to read labels more carefully! HAVE AN AWESOME DAY!

                Good Morning.. Still not feeling well here.. but I know whats wrong with me.. Every now and then I suffer from Vertigo.. usually allergy related.. So I normally have to take Sudafed constantly for a few days.. Mold is ususally my issue.. and lo and behold I was watching the news this morning and the Mold count is sky high.. So that explains it.. I am okay if I don't move but if I move my head I get so dizzy and sick in my stomach

                Being on a school bus this morning would not be good for not moving my head....

                My daughter has Dance Recital Rehearsal tonight for 3 hours over an hour away.. This is where I will have issues this weekend with food but am going to work hard to stay on track...

                Tonight isn't going to be a problem cause we are going to stop at Subway on the way and I will take a salad.. Saturday it will be harder...cause I am working the 10am show taking care of little ones...and then her show is at 1.. but before that show I am doing flower sales and during intermissioon and after the show.. So there isn't really a place to eat a snack... Sure hope my breakfast of bacon and eggs holds a long time

                Tomorrow night I have to bake brownies...UGH.. Have I mentioned its a few days before TOM and I want to munch... My daughter opened her box of Girl scout cookies last night..and she left them on the table. I told her when she got home she needed to hide them.. I was so afraid to even touch the box and move it that I would get into it...

                  Hello All! I'm feeling pretty good today! My bf surprised me last night with a trip to Barcelona next week over Easter! I've never been to Barcelona so I'm really looking forward to it! Not so looking forward to the holiday snaps but at least they will be better than they would have been two months ago! Among other things we are going to see a football match there, I've never seen live football and I'm not really into the game but I'm sure it will be great! I'm originally from the US so I understand American football much better!

                  Zara and Oz, My TOM is lurking as well! So hate it. Will resist the temptation to step on the scale and be discouraged by sneaky water retention!

                    Sandy, I think we were posting at the same time! Your TOM now too! I guess with this many women it's bound to coincide for some of us! We are kind of like a STAC TOM club!

                      good morning friends!!! battling some confusion this morning (what's new!) with the idea of a higher fat content thing to get the weight lost going again ...thanks to sadiw and condor and the gang over at "maintenance frustration". other than that....life is good in the neighborhood (but ya know, i would be happier if i was going to barelona too!!)

                      it is "BIG DAY" here in first grade land so i gotta go and get this party started.....everyone have a marvy day!

                          Arms are all sore from working out last night, which is a good thing I feel. ^_^ Today is abs day, so I'll be letting them rest. Made my lunch this morning, chicken/mushrooms/onions and a little bacon all mixed together. Can't wait 'till lunch!

                            Well, I was good for 2 days and blew it at supper last night (with my ex co-workers). Off to buy some legal stuff to eat and try not to freeze anything off! have a good day all!

                              Well, I'm able to check in early today cuz I'm off work from a stupid migraine. I finally got into the shower to soak my head in scalding water, and noticed that my shoulder and neck were hurting pretty bad, I think it's from tipping my head up at work to see out of the lower side of my progressives. I had ordered a pair of computer glasses and didn't have time to pick them up -- gonna do it now! Sandy, I'm so encouraged by your staying away from the cookies -- my DH left some on the table last night and I figured it would stop the headache -- only it would bring on more from the carb withdrawal later.

                              Zarabelle, congrats on your 2 pounds lost -- I think I found them, though. My theory is that if you are really hungry it's because the fat is burning so rapidly. I have absolutely nothing to back this up with, but I 've found the same thing, sometimes it's followed by a whoosh! Good for you for staying with legal foods!
