    I'm about to head to the exercise forum, but wanted to ask her if anyone is doing the postcast interval running on itunes? It started February 1. I just discovered it and have done week 1... love it! I'm always looking for something to keep me motivated with exercise. The music plays in intervals of fast and slow and it's all timed for you. They build you up slowly and it seems to be like http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

    Just wondering if anyone else has done/is doing this also and if you liked it and saw results.
