    Hey Stacers!
    Just about ready to hit the hay at 1:35am, officially Saturday so I thought I'd start the roll call since I'm gonna be busier than a bumble bee today and won't get online! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend, eats right, tries to move around a bit, loves themselves and their families!!!! Oh my goodness almost forgot!!! I meet a friend of mine for coffee today to catch up and we haven't seen each other in about 3-4 months. The first thing she said to me was "Wow you look like you lost a lot of weight!" To which I replied, well not that much, only 6 lbs." And then she said, "Oh no, you look like you lost way more than just 6lbs!" YAYAYAYAY! Tomorrow we're giving our writing show director a birthday cake, I MUST STAY AWAY FROM THE CAKE!!!!!!!

    WTG FALA! You must feel so good! Compliments like that are always uplifting! Avoid that cake at all cost!!!


    Did yogaX at 4am. I'm bloated as heck! It'll be nice to spill some of this water weight. I feel so icky right now. My mother wants to go to an elementary school flea market thing and I get to leave the kids here with DBF while I go with her. Yay for getting out of the house without children, even if its just for a few minutes! Then later I have to go to a funeral for DBF's distant cousin. I hate funerals. Tomorrow is rest day! Have a great weekend all! Stay legal!

      Good Morning.. I too have a busy busy day.. Still not feeling well having my dizzy spells from Vertigo.. My daughter has 2 dance shows today one at 10 and one at 1. I am helping with the little kids in the 10am show.. and in the 1 pm show I helping with Flower sales before, during intermission and after the show.... Not a lot of down time. I will sit and watch the 1 pm show cause she is performing her dances.

      Lots to fight today...Bake Sale all day.. now mind you we won't get to eat lunch at lunch time.. So I am going to take a couple of cheese sticks and a couple pieces of meat...and if I am starving I will sneak them in while I am watching the 1pm show even though we aren't suppose to have food in there..

      After the shows we will go out to a late lunch... I also have a birthday party to deal with tonight too.

      Going to work hard to stay OP!

        Hey guys - I had a rough week! Not so much eating (though I had 3 chips last night) but with the total *itchiness and such that went along with my TOM. I was evil to say the least!

        But it's over - thank goodness! Still a little bloated (up 2 pounds) but expect that to go away over the next couple of days.

        Off to load up for the farmer's market!! Need to sell more stuff - LOL. Have a great day

          Good morning. Yawn. Wanted to sleep in later, but couldn't. Busy day ahead. Churchy stuff...going to the palm cross workshop...and then shopping for an upcoming trip.

          I still haven't started belly dance classes. The instructor suspended classes during some family crises. But I found another place that will have them, so I should sign up/pay for that today. I feel like I've been waiting forever for this to start.

          I hadn't had any wine since the beginning of the year. Not a resolution or Lent or anything. Just thought it was slowing down weightloss. Well, last night dh bought me a bottle of wine and I had a couple glasses. Now I'm scared to weigh myself. Oh well, it'll be fine.

            Good morning Stacers!

            Woke up to snow although the trees are very beautiful as the snow is sticking to them...very wet snow. May try to get some decent pictures of them today.

            Between TOM & my job situation I'm so ugly & $itchy that I can't even stand myself. I'm trying to reach DH so I can apologize to him as I was so miserable last night.

            This is a take care of me day!

              Sandy - Good luck with the vertigo. I used to get that all the time!!! Not any more with this WOL though! Hang in there!

              Great news to report!!!! I am now down 15.5 pounds! I lost like 3.5 and 4 in the last few days! YAY! I am about to go hit the gym and then go get a stability ball and shop for fitness stuff today!

                Good Morning to the most WONDERFUL people around!!! I am starting my 6th day and feeling pretty good. I am going to try a new exercise program that my Mom does.. Walk Strong. Anyone heard of it? It is cold here today so no outside walk for me. Spring where are you?? Sounds like a lot of us are having the temptation of birthday cakes today.. I CAN DO IT.. STAY AWAY FROM THE FROSTING NICHOLE! I hope everyone has a great weekend.. Talk to you all soon

                  Good Morning! Today is my 6th day as well. Cravings has subsided for the most part. I'm not going to get on the scale until at least week 1 is over or even until the 2 weeks are up. I definitely think the scale helps keep me on track, but I don't want to start being crazy over the number. For now, my clothes will help me know what is going on. Have a fantastic Saturday everyone! I'm sure I'll be around the Board off and on today.

                    Morning all!

                    Scale is still the same - I'm ok with that.

                    Yesterday, did 30min on the Wave machine, followed by BOSU class - was really nice to stretch out my super sore leglets.

                    I plan on going to the gym today and take tomorrow off. I plan on running/wave machine and hitting the weights for some upper body work.

                    Today we close on the sale of our laundromat - it's one less thing to have to worry about. Kicking homeless people out is less than satisfying work...On to other things!

                        I use many of Leslie Sansone's walking DVD's. They are great and you can adjust your intensity to your fitness level. I think you will enjuoy it.

                        Got my two mile power walk in this morning already along with a yummy on plan breakfast. My son made LC quiche yesterday and the leftovers were awesome!

                          Dh and I were both up at 3 a.m. this morning for absolutely no reason, and could not fall back asleep. We tried, oh, we tried. The alarm was set for 4:30 because dh works a 6 - 2:30 shift today, and the closer it got to 4:30, the more frustrating it was!

                          Then I got up to make coffee and discovered dd finished off all of the milk last night, so I had to run out and get some for dh while he was in the bath. Luckily, after he left, I cought a few more zzzzs, but not much more than an hour.

                          S'okey, though, because I'm home most of today and dh can take a nap when he gets home. Tonight we're all going to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner for my dd's 18th bday - which is next week, but she's going away for spring break, so we're doing the family dinner now.

                          Also okay: I got up to go get milk and threw on my size 14 jeans (I can wear a 12 but also the 14s have been wearable still). After I buttoned the fly, there was a good 4-5 inches between the material and my belly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With a belt they'll be ok for super casual running around, but not for work, not for anything else. YAY! (Except.......I only have 2 pair of size 12 pants.............both brown...........maybe I will have to shop next week. smile)

                          Had a great workout with our trainer yesterday. I love when they have me do something new that totally exhausts a muscle group. We did bicep and tricep and I swear I thought I knew all of the free weight exercises you could do on those - but noooooooooo! Awesome. Not sore today, but I will be tomorrow, probably.

                          Well, I'm off to work on my thesis for a bit. blech. Have a good day, all.

                            nuttin' too exciting to post this morning. i was up at 3 top evermind!~ what's up with that? anyway....starting my spring cleaning today...everyone here is thrilled with that...NOT! but it makes me feel better. i am off for a week and that is good

                            BTW...the meeting with dd's principal went well. she of course wanted to refute all the issues i had spelled out in a letter but that was not necessary. at that point i did not care what her slant was.....i just wanted a resolution. so she starts in a new class monday. she is excited. i hope i did the right thing.....

                              I'm here, doing well. Ate, drank, cleaned, exercised I'm so enjoying the podcast exercise. I went for 1.5 miles! THE longest I have ever stayed on the gazelle. Amazing. Felt really good. I'm looking forward to my day of rest tomorrow Time to reboot the laundry and maybe hubby will want to go bowling later Or something FUN.
