I read in the book that one should take a multi vitamin and Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's). I bought the Vital range Multi vitamin for women (has got most of the vitamins listed in the book aswell as Iron) Should I take a something without Iron?
And can one also take EFA's? Will it not slow down my weight loss? I know EFA's are great for the skin and very healthy to take .. but my goal now is losing weight asap.
Anyone out there taking them?
