    Sorry - I didn't see this posted anywhere so I thought I would start it. Rainy day here in San Antonio, but other than that its a good ADBB day. Hope everyone has a terrific day and stays on plan

    Rainy in Ohio too.

    I'm up 1.5lbs today, but that's to be expected because we had corned beef last night. I made it in the crockpot with radishes. I was a little wary, but they were great and dh thought it was so good that we should do it on a regular basis! The radishes really were like little pototoes. Thanks to whoever suggested it.

      Cold rainy day in Chicago today too.

      I made cookies for my son's birthday without taking a nibble last night. YaY!

      Weights and yoga are on tap for later.

      Food is planned and I WILL make it another great day.

        Hi everyone

        I am getting ready for our holiday to Bermuda on Thurs.

        I had a gel pedicure this morning. I have decided to leave my laptop at home as otherwise I would obsess with fitday etc. which is not great on hols. Am going to stick to plan on holiday though - I am enjoying the food anyway and up to 30g carbs.

          FBG...i love san antonio. ernie's mom lives there and i love that place. everyone is SO friendly!!!

          sheepie..radishes for taters??? who'da thunk it?

          working....good for you for skipping the cookies...SCORE!

          and miss z...off for a holiday! i am on vacation this week and stuck at home so i am sooooo envious. have fun!

          well, nothing exciting here today. still off work, running a few errands and the home to clean our windows...exciting stuff but it's gotta get done and the house fairy has not been here in ages so....it's me.

            Looks like stormy weather for Arkansas today and it's HUMID........

            so my hair is needless to say


            Feeling very well today..... walked 1 mile and 3 miles on the bike....

            Clothes are feeling lots better and although I'm not exactly happy with my loss for induction.................... I'm going to stick with it!

              <yawn> Just woke up. Lower back is really, really stiff in the hip area. Don't know if it was yesterday's legs workout, or just residuals from the accident, but I am sure it will loosen up in no time.

              Not sure what the plan is today. ds should be coming by to hang out. I have class tonight (ick) and dh has to work from 4-8. Whatever the plan is, it's fine - I'm on VACATION! yippeeeee!

                Hi Everyone.. Still not feeling well...my head feels like its going to burst.. Didn't work today again.. At the rate I am going I might end up fired...But then again maybe not..I am a Sub...

                Sunday and Monday were bad food days...going to be good today.

                  Wow usually roll call is a lot busier by now. I am doing ok. The weight is just hangin on. I took my pics for the challenge last night and it is scary how much work i have to do. Hopefully, my shape will change some or those jeans are never gonna fit right. Really having issues with food. Not craving, but nothing i eat seems to sit right. I constantly feel bloated and icky. It's gotta be the yeast.

                    Hi All!!!!

                    I have been doing great with the exercise lately! I did 20 minutes on the treadmill yesterday (10 walking/10 running) then 50 squats and my arms workout! It hurt! LOL!

                    I cheated and had oatmeal this morning. I am just trying to eat what i can that's soft! Anyways, back on the wagon with as much soft food as I can handle!!!!

                      Mornin!

                      Nothing too exciting happening today - Have playgroup this morning - let the chitlins run around and wear themselves out.

                      Yesterday, I did 1 hour on the rollerblading machine. Felt pretty dang swell! I also ran for a bit and did lower body resistance.

                      Scale is only down like .4 this morning - Oh well, I'll live

                      Today, I plan on doing another hour on the machine and I have yoga class at 4:30.

                        My Husband and I are taking the kids to see "Horton hears a Who" today. I am still struggling with making myself eat. I just am not hungry. I hope everyone stays dry today with all the rain.

                          Wow! Roll call is late this morning! An hour of plyometrics at 4am for me. Now I could use a nap. The good news is I'm getting on top of my work and things are slowing down. I don't feel like I'm running around in circles anymore. Thinking about starting my seeds later on if I can find the time. I'm planting a small garden in the corner of the backyard in hopes of saving a little money on veggies. I'm going to plant some watermelon for the kids too. I think they'll enjoy helping me with it. Time to go get DS off the school bus. Have a legal day!

                            I'm enjoying Day 2 all alone during the day.....just me and myself. That might be a little too crowded.

                            So far, it hasn't been too tough staying legal and getting my exercise in. I'm worn out at the end of the day, though....I can't wait until the stamina kicks back into gear.

                              Aloha, Hula Mom here. It is 5:30am in Honolulu and all is quiet. I just did a quick run around the neighborhood. I'm 5 days into induction and my kitchen is just not stocked right. I should have planned for that. I need to pick up some ready-made protein and green veggies.
                              Usually my DH does all the shopping and the cooking, so this is not part of my routine.
                              I'm going to brew myself some green tea and imagine it is my morning cup of coffee.
