    Each day is a fresh start at being all that we can be. Hope you all have the best day that you can! Today is the first day of Spring....and it is snowing here! I'll keep looking for the daffodils as when I find one I will believe that Spring has sprung!

    Nothing but rain here. Did yogaX this morning and going to work extra hard to get things done up today. It seems like I always have a list of things that I need to tackle and I'm not one that procrastinates much. I can't relax until stuff gets done so theres no point in procrastinating. Ugh! I'm ready to relax though! I've been on my feet every day. Weekend is going to be busy with the kids and Easter.

      good moring. yay it is my last day of work for the week. going back to our hometown to visit family for the holiday tonight!

      i'm going to keep on truckin' and eating healthy, plus keeping up my +100 oz of water a day! happy thursday!

        YEAH! Spring is here! I am convincing myself that the weather man is wrong
        about snow coming this way. No more please. I was very lazy yesterday and did not exercise. I actually feel very guilty about it. I guess I will work extra hard today. Have a wonderful day everyone.

          The sun is out here. But we're supposed to get snow tomorrow

          Day 20 and still going strong. Today is Bowflex and yoga which I will get in later.

          I'm petsitting for both my son's this weekend. I know have 5 dogs and 1 cat in the house

          Gonna be an interesting few days but I bet I get lots of exercise

            Good morning! It appears we are in for a beautiful day here in Georgia. I'm ready! I am so sick of rain - although we need it so badly to fill up the lakes.

            Went to the YMCA last night and walked an hour on the treadmill then sat in the sauna for 23 minutes. Whew! That was hard. Tonight we have someone coming in from out of town to look at my convertible. If we sell it, this might be a record - 3 days! Anyway, I might have my new car this weekend.

              another beautiful southrn CA day. glenda, i LOVE daffodils...as a child, my mom had them EVERYWHERE and you are right...when they peeped thru you KNEW spring was here! happy spring to all!!

                  Well yesterday it was beautiful here..in the 70's and I have daffodils..but today its cold and I am in sweat clothes.

                  Went to work this morning (Sub Aide on the School bus) Sat on Standby... Which is fine cause I still don't feel really well. Have to go back out in 2 hours its a 1/2 day of school.

                    You can do it, Sandy! You are a strong and capable woman and you can do this! I'm sorry you're still not feeling well!

                    I'm going to quit complaining about the rain here because at least it is not snowing!

                    I'm doing well today, kind of hungry though! I don't think I ate enough for lunch! I'm meeting a friend after work and I know she'll want to drink so I will have to be good! What do you think? Will one glass of wine kill me?

                      AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! I CAN'T TAKE ANY MORE SNOW!!!! Anywho...I don't think our daffodils are going to be able to peek through for at least another month...Have some errands to do today like pick up my easter ham! Looking for a side dish as scalloped potatoes are gonna be left off the menu!!!

                        HAPPY ALMOST EASTER! I have falled off the bandwagon this week and just feel awful and have no idea how to get back on!!!! I am going to post in that STAC forum and hope for encouraging! Good lukc to us all low carbing!

                          Mornin!

                          Not too much to report on - rollerbladed for 30min last night and had Boot Camp class. Today, I'm going after the boys wake up from nappytime. Don't really know what I plan on doing....Maybe I'll swim?

                            Okay this is day four...and let me tell you today is not any better then yesterday. I am still cheat free, except for the nuts. I didnt eat any more of them - I was good last night.
                            I have a bad tummy today though. I was worried about not going to the bathroom and eating to much cheese. I even considered doing some metamucil (sp) but today was a big change. Now my tummy hurts so bad.
                            I am not going to cheat though. I am going to do this!
