Excellent night last night. My picks in the tournament all came through, so I'm leading the office pool. I ate perfectly well yesterday, and went to the gym and ran 45 minutes. This morning, I weighed in, and I'm six pounds down for the week. Just forty to go until I hit my final goal.
I'm supposed to go to dinner tomorrow night, and going out is usually trouble for me, but we've picked a steak place, so I can stay on my diet, and my date can do whatever she likes. Perfect!
Aloha!
No snow here, but we do have a light drizzle.
I'm celebrating 2 full weeks of induction! My start weight was 176 and today's weight is 169. Seven pounds down
I'm feeling more confident that my body will release. I made it through the tipping point!!
The weight loss for induction isn't quite as big as the first time, but I'm still very happy. Yippee!!
hi guys!
i agree with sandy, i bet you guys are over it but i think the snow pictures are BEAUTIFUL!!!!! it is already pushing 90 degrees here, and the brief 'winter' season is so over....i am jealous of your snow!!!
