Ello, So I have attempted this at various times in my life, first time went well i was 314lbs and went down to 250 then life got busy or some excuse came my way, I will say when first off I did well I maintained and was able to do low cal etc for the time being then I started moving to different locations and when I went back home, I gained, although very active (much more then I was) I gained 20-30 lbs in 1 months. Hehehe, I laugh because I did it myself and I was pretty dumb for it, wanna know how I gained so much back!!! C A N D Y!!! Have you ever ate nothing but candy and fast food, I ate maybe food itself being fast or cooked myself maybe once a day, other then that it was candy, penuts, jellybeans, chocolate bars (100 cal ones dont work much if you eat the entire box) So I got back to Alberta jumped on my scale and decided ATKINS that was it, I was doing it....yeah that did not work cause I was not ready. So Every year I get on here in Jan and I decide im going to do this....well after failing so much I came to the conclusion I had to organize my life a tinch. So here I am today, I am possitive mostly that I have found my tool for my success, which is my fat book. I write any thoughts, goals, opinions etc to do with being overweight in my book, and I tell you i love it I have almost wrote an entire book already. I decided befor posting, I would see if i could do this myself and decided when 30 lbs was lost I would post.

Myself and I decided I was not going to fuss over shopping for my brothers wedding as it is to stressful so instead i am going to aim at making that easier for myself.
First big goal..
Aug 09/08 - I would like to achieve a weight of 200 - 230Lbs.
