Re: Friday Roll Call~~~4/4
Morning, all.
Good day yesterday. I'm happy to be home. Due to my bladder inf I couldn't work out (the first and second day of antibiotics are killers for me) but I will definately have some exercise today, both on our day trip to Long Beach and later at the gym.
Forgot to say that while in NY I met some of my cousins for dinner and nobody recognized me. They saw me last summer when I was 40 lbs and 46 inches heavier - it was so cool.
Everyone else sees me daily, so they don't see the dramatic change - my dd said last night "I don't remember what you looked like before" so I showed her pics from our summer family reuinion and she said "OH WOW, mom!".
I'm still the same weight but I have lost another inch in my waist in the last week, so I'm not going to get all bent out of shape about this. But soon, if there isn't a 5 lb drop, I'm going to wonder just what the **** is happening. My carbs are low, my calories are good, my water is good, I get exercise. Enough of the non-budging scale! lol

Felt bad about skipping breakfast but my appt. was so early I didn't have time. Made some sausage and peppers for lunch and have pork chops and sauteed zucchini on the menu for dinner. It feels great to be back on track!
